It was a real struggle finding this guy on the street. There were no proper (Usual Tim Hortons) boards to recognize at first sight. If you are wondering where it is, it's inside the INS Market store located in Bay Street. It's a self service stall only for beverages. The hours are wrong! They must be really bad at their work. They have not even updated the time. It is not a proper location. Very hard to find. Needed to get help from people. And then it was closed. Don’t recommend at all. Shame on Tim Hortons to allow their brand name be treated like this.

Don't recommend this location. Staff are slow and don't know what they're doing, manager isn't doing anything to improve their skill set and it takes forever to get an order through.

This Tim Hortons is located inside a INS Market. There only hot drinks offered there along one wall, so no food. It is self-serve and then you pay at the INS Market cashier. The cashier is courteous.During the pandemic, there is someone dedicated to making the drinks for you.There is no free WiFi. It is not wheelchair accessible because the isles are hard to navigate, but there is a door open button. There are no washrooms.
