This location reminded me why I hate Tim Hortons. Absolutely terrible service. Ordered two drinks, waited up to ten minutes with nothing. I ended up leaving without my drinks because I couldn’t be bothered to deal with the staff. There’s always so much staff not making drinks or orders. I don’t understand. Time to start my Tim’s boycott again

Convenient breakfast and lunch options especially if you attend George Brown College that it's stationed in.
May get very busy during mornings at around 8 am. Just remember the workers are doing their best and stop being Karen ass customers demanding stupid shit like telling one of the workers to change their gloves (like they don't already know what they're doing).

It is housed inside the GB campus so the dinner area is spacious and its operating hours is limited. People can enjoy their coffee while watching the lake outside. Came here to try the $1 donut with hot coffee (on promotion) Here is what the size of a 2025-donut look like... the coffee cup lid is too large for it and it can site nicely inside the lid...ha ha ha...
Ratul is a great worker, always has very nice energy and treats us really well. Ordering with Ratul is very fast and simple, my orders are always correct and great quality.

I go to this location (x2 a week) because it's most convenient as a GB student! I wanted to leave a review because I think the staff are so freaking hardworking. I've seen them through NO lines and LONG lines. Always hustling, never slacking. Although their work can be taxing or frustrating, they're always so respectful and polite. I respect them so much.
I think I've frequented this location enough that they recognize me and my order, and get surprised when I order something else lol! As a hungry, studious student, thank you for always feeding me my usual sausage farmers wrap and medium iced cap!! ☺️❤️

It is crazy that even Tim Hortans was 300 m away and I could not believe the delivery charges were 6 cads. I generally prefer it but not when u want it delivered as u cannot leave the spot.
