I go to this location (x2 a week) because it's most convenient as a GB student! I wanted to leave a review because I think the staff are so freaking hardworking. I've seen them through NO lines and LONG lines. Always hustling, never slacking. Although their work can be taxing or frustrating, they're always so respectful and polite. I respect them so much.
I think I've frequented this location enough that they recognize me and my order, and get surprised when I order something else lol! As a hungry, studious student, thank you for always feeding me my usual sausage farmers wrap and medium iced cap!! ☺️❤️

It is crazy that even Tim Hortans was 300 m away and I could not believe the delivery charges were 6 cads. I generally prefer it but not when u want it delivered as u cannot leave the spot.

This location is licenced by Chartwells so many of the seasonal items are not available. It is high turnover because many of the staff are student's attending the college so service is slow while they are training, especially in September (this is the Waterfront campus) however they try their best and are always pleasant! Download the Boost app and order that way, it's much faster

My coffee decides my day and I requested to customize the expresso shots on my iced latte , and the mixture was perfect. I wanted to Thanks D.J who made the perfect coffee on my request and made my day. Thank you once again DJ.

Ordered food an entire hour before they close and they already closed the entire food station down and I was told they can't/wont give me a refund and I have to wait 3 days until Monday to get the food will never order from here ever again
