I would expect the drive thru at the enrolled off 400 north to be pretty quick at 5 in the morning but after 20 minutes I.was still.the only one there waiting for 2coffee and 2 bagels that are over priced here
even at 9am, they’ll tell you there’s no coffee. always dirty, coffee tastes like water, don’t eat or drink any tim hortons products from here. it’s very unhygienic and it’s definitely not a tummies french vanilla in there. that’s monster soup

We went inside to place an order and had a young man serve us. He was great, polite, patient and very efficient ❣️?? The other staff were just as polite with their customers also❣️?? They made our day. Thank you ?

Place was packed, floors filthy, someone had their kids just running amuck while screaming at the top of their lungs. Service took way longer than it should have for a cup of hot coffee and muffin that was sitting directly in front of me in a case.

I thing about a company , is to serve its customers well, they never ask me for my letter of points and then I tell them about the points and they say is to late , I must be before paying but they never ask you for your car points , that is a sign that they are not interested in giving any points, so they already know take out their car of points before paying

How can you have a promotion going on and choosing who to offer the roll up, cashier ask the person before me if they have points scanner and offers roll ups also. I was next in line when I handed the money in one hand and my scanner in the other hand she's going to tell me I can't get my scan because she already cash out, how can you cash out before even collecting my money I also ordered a belt sandwich I got a egg sandwich instead why Tim. Setting up the staff to hate and rob people like this? too many discriminating going on and it needs to be dealt with urgently staff need to learn professionalism and have respect for customers no matter the race or color

Every time you ask the staff if i can use their washroom, as always, they will come up with a new lie . This time, they refused by saying the washroom is renovating. What a joke. Staff name Gurpreet !! I think Circle k staff didn't know that u couldn't refuse someone using washroom according to Canadian law. Need more education. ?
