Location is in the PMH hospital. Usually gets quite busy around 10am and again in the early afternoon. Mix of patients and employees. Use the app to pre-order and pick up, this is the fastest way. Sometimes if the line up is very long, I will order on the app just standing there and still get my order faster than if I had waited in line. They only have breakfast and donuts here, no soup or sandwiches. Breakfast is all day.
Shahanara provided exceptional service at Tim's. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made my experience awesome. I highly recommend her for her outstanding customer service skills!
Clean Tim's location with nice workers. Coffee is standard for Tim's. I often make orders in the app however the baked goods I order often aren't available even though I was able to order the item. A little annoying but it would be nice if they can fix this problem on the app and/or at the store.
