Hilary very rude . Yesterday ,I ordered just a hashbrown. I remember there was 2 girls on food section Hilary n one chubby one n i dont remember her name starts with P n looks foreigner . This 2 girls were just chit chatting,laughing loud n was not focused on making order or passing them. Such a disappointment to wait 10mints for just a hashbrown and when I asked her she yelled at me like give me a sec. We dont pay at restaurants to take disrespectful behaviour . Other then that Coffee was made on time by other side by Simran and one more boy and was taken care of me by her .

Love this lakeside location. I live in the area and visit daily. The old school staff like Panayota and Feliz have always been so welcoming and kind. And that has been passed on to newer team members like Adem and Hillary. It’s nice to be remembered every morning and the people here do a great job of it. There are a couple of other locations in the area but the staff here always make my day.
Didn’t grill my Bacon Farmer’s Wrap, and my Black Cold Brew was made poorly.

The restaurant I have visited with my family during weekday mostly 2 or 3 times .Its good I know some employee names like taran,parth ,hilary ,simran took nice care of our order and was smiling throughout the conversation. I noticed very weired thing there was their manager, she is not Indian i guess and I noticed her to be very rude and was not friendly with the employees and she tend to give a difficult environment to them to work which I felt is very sad to see,showing big eyes to the team and commanding them without saying please .the management should do something of this . Thank you
