Absolutely disgusting … unprofessional with 0 ethics. Been waiting for a coffee 10 min at least. Been charged for ices from my coffee. Worst ever !! Absolutely garbage place . Rude staff
Never thought I’d say this - but this is my favourite Tim Hortons. I come here almost every day, and the staff is always friendly and the food and coffee is always made perfectly. Every time I go to another Tim hortons I get sad, because they cannot live up to the legacy and something surely ends up wrong… but not this one!

The earliest opening Tim Horton's in this part of town. Service and food options are typical of all locations. No problems, and no lines at the hour I visited.
Amazing service and great staff.

Excellent service and Friendly staff!
I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons location! The staff (Anna, Kritika and everyone else is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during busy hours. They always greet customers with a smile and make sure orders are accurate and served quickly. I highly recommend this location!

If we could give fewer stars I would without hesitation!!!
Ok my English is not perfect but when I am told that what I asked for he does not have it and that he makes 0 effort to make himself understood thank you...
And this is just the beginning.... We ordered at the terminal, I checked the order and paid for everything. but when he called me to pick up the order, a sandwich was missing...
My wife explains the problem but impossible to get the bill and the explanation of why we don't have the sandwich...
The worst part is that the only response is to pay again for a full price sandwich even though we have the accompaniments of said sandwich.... And to top it all off we hear them laughing and making fun of us in the back....
Bravo, beautiful commercial spirit, if one day you have the opportunity to go to France I hope you will be served with the same indelicacy, even if it seems impossible to me. Because even in the smallest restaurants or the largest chains, customers are respected and even if this is a mistake, we try to ensure that everyone comes out a winner here, everyone loses.
Given the messages from this day on this place I think that closing or changing staff could be a good idea. One thing is for sure I would never go back to a Tim Horton's in Canada or anywhere else....
Kid-friendliness: No children's menu....
Wheelchair accessibility: Unless he can climb a step and turn in a ridiculous space don't even try
