Excellent service and Friendly staff!
I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons location! The staff (Anna, Kritika and everyone else is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during busy hours. They always greet customers with a smile and make sure orders are accurate and served quickly. I highly recommend this location!

Ok my English is not perfect but when I am told that what I asked for he does not have it and that he makes 0 effort to make himself understood thank you...
And this is just the beginning.... We ordered at the terminal, I checked the order and paid for everything. but when he called me to pick up the order, a sandwich was missing...
My wife explains the problem but impossible to get the bill and the explanation of why we don't have the sandwich...
The worst part is that the only response is to pay again for a full price sandwich even though we have the accompaniments of said sandwich.... And to top it all off we hear them laughing and making fun of us in the back....
Bravo, beautiful commercial spirit, if one day you have the opportunity to go to France I hope you will be served with the same indelicacy, even if it seems impossible to me. Because even in the smallest restaurants or the largest chains, customers are respected and even if this is a mistake, we try to ensure that everyone comes out a winner here, everyone loses.
Given the messages from this day on this place I think that closing or changing staff could be a good idea. One thing is for sure I would never go back to a Tim Horton's in Canada or anywhere else....

I just had the exact same negative experience as Meg Santiago, this Sunday, October 20 around 2 p.m. I order a sandwich menu with fries and a drink from the machine. They give me the fries and the drink but not the sandwich. I ask for it, they refuse to give it to me and they ask me to pay for it again. I'm French, a Quebecer helps me find a solution, which will never happen: I ordered a menu with 3 items, and I was only given 2!!!
Rude and lying staff.

Honestly don’t go on these tim Hortons, search on google so many Tim Hortons around the area. Sunday October 20 1:15 pm shift. Don’t waste your money here! I go here everyday but today I ordered a combo deal in the cashier and just gave me and iced coffee didn’t have my sandwich ready. And after he wants me to pay whole price for the sandwich after I asked him that I wanted the deal from the very beginning. They don’t smile here and have no customer service skills. This is ridiculous.
Could barely understand the man helping me and he would not take the coupon code I had available to me on the app. He claimed i needed to purchase more items to get a discount and when i said it didn’t state that, he changed it to “well it’s not working so”. Unbelievable.

My experience here has been the worst of every Tim Hortons I have been to. The oat milk in my coffee was curdled, and it doesn’t look like nearly as much milk as I ordered. The coffee tasted subpar and the employee at the front gave my sister attitude.

The morning weekday shift at this tims is great as a team, but I have to give a personal shout out to Kritikha ( I hope I spelled it correctly). Without fail, she knows how to make my cup of french vanilla with a lil bit of decaf... just right even before I order, she knows, luv it. She also makes sure it's done just I like it if it's made by someone else. Luv that kind of customer service. I've even compared her service to other tims I've been to - nothing compares.
