came in on the morning of Thursday August 28th and asked for a pinched (circular) croissant with butter, egg and cheddar cheese. the man taking my order says “you can’t have a pinched croissant unless it’s a breakfast sandwich” i say i get it from every other tim hortons without fail. he refuses to make my order so i go to the tim hortons at 17 lower jarvis street and the make the sandwich no problem. bottom line they need more competent staff.

Very bad experience I went to Tim . I asked for flatbread pizza they said we donot have pizza sauce after I asked for wrap but both girl and boy said we donot have rice to put in it …I said no problem.. another I said do you have bread sandwich they said no… literally??? … I have question it takes time or you guys only spending time here .or serving only tea and coffee.. very disappointed.
