The courteous and professional services were exemplary for a fast-food restaurant. The supervisor (Shila) in charge during our interaction made my wife, children, and me feel like we were valued customers, and we went back there many times during our trip to that area.
Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly to the family especially the kids while explaining the food and serving them.

I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons. All the staff including the manager were extremely kind and at my service. The food was also incredible and I had a great meal at this Tim Hortons. I would recommend this establishment to anybody.
I understand that this is a difficult job for employees, but the only problem is that they don't know how to say when they make a mistake in an order, sorry, sorry, my mistake, we'll make it right. To show at least a little kindness and respect to customers. Still, this is a kind of service. That's all, nothing special, just a simple word sorry and a little smile.❤️🤝🙏

This Tim Hortons at 175 Bloor st east had always been my favorite to go to and spend some time with good coffee/tea. They have some cordial, kind and welcoming staff which is becoming rare these days. Plus they always try their best to provide the freshest coffee from 5.30 am in the morning till 11 pm at night.
