Wonderfully
I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and waited approximately 25 minutes before checking on my order. I didn’t want to be impolite, especially since I understand delays can happen, but I had taken a short break from work specifically to place this order.
When I politely asked if my order was being prepared, the response I received was simply “coming,” delivered in a very dismissive manner. As I was already running out of time, I kindly asked if there was an estimate for how many more minutes it would take. Again, I was told only “it’s coming,” with no clarification.
I would have understood this if there had been a rush or if staff were overwhelmed, but that didn’t appear to be the case. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the rude attitude caused me to be late returning to work. I ultimately had to leave without my order because I couldn’t afford to wait any longer.
Today, I lost my time and my lunch, and the experience left me feeling very disappointed. I hope this feedback can be used to improve communication and customer service going forward.
My go to Tims but off lately they are selling burnt coffee
I love to come to this location, staff are very friendly, fast and efficient, restaurant is clean, foods are tasty , i will surely recommend this location

A fairly nicer location compared with other Timmy’s, plenty of tables and fairly quiet, not many homeless or drunks hanging in there…they always have “honey cruller” available, that wins

this location always closes 15-20min earlier than listed closing hours
This location is both different, and better. Staff are efficient and polite. I always walk the extra distance to use this location.

0745: ORDERED FRUIT MUFFINS, RECEIVED CHOCOLATE muffins. Apple fritters were at least a day-old and dried out. No raisin bran muffins or maple glazed donuts! Check out person was very nice but rest of staff seemed surly and clearly not interested in clientele. Not what I expected from. Tim Hortons!

The courteous and professional services were exemplary for a fast-food restaurant. The supervisor (Shila) in charge during our interaction made my wife, children, and me feel like we were valued customers, and we went back there many times during our trip to that area.
Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly to the family especially the kids while explaining the food and serving them.

FOOD POISON ALERT🚨 never go to any Tim Hortons. The food, the service are terrible. I had food poison at other tims a few months ago and I gave it a chance today. AGAIN FOOD POISONING.

The coffee was fresh, and my order came out exactly as I requested. The staff was friendly and efficient, keeping the line moving smoothly. It’s a great spot for a quick coffee or snack, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a reliable Tim Hortons experience.
