Deena is extremely disrespectful and when spoken to, she has an attitude and does not listen to anything trying to be explained to her. Also, when asked for her name, she was like how about you just take my name tag. Aishur is terrible, when explained what was going on, she started speaking a different language to the other girl in front of my friend and I. Also, when asked where is the garbage can, we asked if she could put it in the garbage can they have, she threw the garbage at my friend and I. Terrible customer service even terrible people. They need to be trained how to treat customers

My visit to Tim Hortons at 20 Eglinton Ave was outstanding. The team, especially cashier Deena, provided friendly and efficient service that truly brightened my day. Every detail was perfect—from warm smiles to prompt service. This is by far the best Tim Hortons I have ever experienced—highly recommended!

Edit: I met with the manager, Laarni, who helped me resolve some issues. She is very competent, professional, and I appreciate her efforts. I wish I could say the same for the CS agents at HQ.
At 4:15 PM on Wednesday, November 6, I tried to place a mobile order only to be met with the message "Store is not accepting digital orders at this time."
This is particularly frustrating as the store's closing time is 6:30 PM, plus, there is currently a month-long promotion offering double points for digital orders.
This store typically does not allow digital orders well before closing (40 minutes?), which I tolerate when I am near/inside the mall — despite the inconvenience of having to wait in line. But TWO HOURS PLUS ahead of closing, especially during a promotional period, is unacceptable and goes against the spirit of customer convenience. As an aside, their closing hours on Google Maps are not correct.
This location is notorious for restricting use of the Tim H app.
Why encourage customers to use digital ordering, especially during a promotional period — “all November long,” only to allow stores to disable the feature hours before closing? It’s counterintuitive and unfair to customers. Such a policy undermines Tim Hortons’ own promotional efforts and diminishes the overall customer experience.
Customer service replied they were the “highest level of support at Guest Services” and would not award any points.
It would be appreciated if TH management at 20 Eglinton West adhered to company policies regarding digital orders and promotions.

Sometimes this location is hit or miss. I recently went in the morning (not during the breakfast rush) for just a donut and I waited over 20 minutes while being the only customer in line at first, and with time more people started lining up behind me. We all made eye contact with a staff member who dismissed us saying that "he couldn't serve us because he had orders to make" (there weren't any mobile orders up on the screen), but he had no problem stopping his 'work' to chat with his friends that would pass by to say hi. I wasn't necessarily in any rush but I do think waiting 20+ minutes for a simple order was a bit much.

This location seems to have no concept of controls for coffee orders - Regularly gives my order to other customers.
The staff that works here at this Tim Hortons is always smiling and taking care of their customers. Best Tim Hortons in Canada.

It's adjacent to a large food court, so you can sit and enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. I ordered a square pizza called a flat pizza, and it was served in about 2 minutes and was delicious. It's a food court so there's always a line.

I was at this Tim's this morning June 21, 2024. The line when I got there was about ten people long and the service was so slow. There was only three people working. Over the past few weeks I have noticed the service has been getting worse.
