This has got to the worst run Tim Hortons I have ever been to, the staff here have no sense of what is going on around them.
Today for example.. three customers in line infront of me and it took in excess of 20 minutes to even place my order.
There’s 2 registers, and 4 employees but no one taking orders, and everyone doing set up tasks.
The location is located directly inside of a college, we have classes to attend. It should not take 20 minutes when there is virtually no line, and minimal mobile orders to complete..
The staff here need retraining or complete replacement, this is my 3rd year attending George Brown, and sadly the service here has gotten worse.

Today I have class at 12 clock and I want order my bagel and drinks quickly but lady who's working there she is too slow I wait for 15 min then I exit from line. And she has no name tag so I want mention to sashita and Mohammed to take care about it please train your employees properly guys and from now I want to do mobile order.

Today , I ordered two small Chai tea with 2 milk 3 sugar . They give me a shit drink with hot water and chai tea bag in it . I added 2 sugar as well but still it’s taste like they never added sugar in it

I end up visiting this outlet often as I am a student, the tim's inside campus differs from this one significantly.
I waited 20mins in line for a FV and hands down this is the worst I've ever tasted. I wouldn't even give this much sugar to my enemies.
Really long wait times if you’re waiting in line. I HIGHLY recommend getting the Boost app if you’re gonna be getting anything from here. Staff are normally friendly and the food is ok.

A very rude, loud and manner less staff. Very very very poor customer service. Need to change staff. Omg, their behaviour with students is shameful. I suggest not to visit this tim Hortons but instead visit the one which is outside the GBC college.
