“I’ve been a regular customer at this locationI came today at 10:46, and I’ve noticed that the service from one of the staff members, who is Filipino Old lady, has been less than satisfactory. She often treats me in a dismissive manner, and I’ve experienced delays and lack of communication with my orders this the fourth time with the same person. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for everyone.”

I visited this Tim Hortons location yesterday around 5:00 /5:45 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 4 Iced Capps and 1 Frozen Quencher. The Iced Capps were not filled properly — they were well below the standard fill line. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior.

One of the staff members, who appeared to be from the Philippines, responded with a very negative attitude and told me, “This is how we make it at this location,” which is not an acceptable answer. Another staff member, who took my order (possibly of Indian background), seemed distracted and did not pay attention while taking my order. I asked for a Frozen Quencher, but she charged me for a Lemonade instead. When I asked for the correct drink, I was told to take what I was given, even though it was not what I ordered or paid for.

To make matters worse, I noticed another customer had ordered an iced coffee without sugar, but the staff added sugar anyway and responded rudely when it was pointed out.

Overall, I was very disappointed by the poor service, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful behavior from the staff. I have never faced such an experience at any other Tim Hortons. I strongly do not recommend this location.
The manager can check the camera footage to see what happened and address the issue with the two staff members who were working on Saturday evening. As customers, we come here for food and good service—not to tolerate rude behavior. I hope the company takes appropriate action and ensures the staff learn a proper lesson from this.

Selling left over food on the next day. Please don't do this. You have increased your price, I used to eat fresh baked food for less amount, now it is oppsite. Why is the responsible department not taking any action?

Jo is truly amazing. She’s fast, smart, and always knows how to handle busy rushes with a smile and calm attitude. Even when the line is long, she keeps everything running smoothly and makes every customer feel welcomed. She understands people quickly and delivers excellent service every time. So lucky to have someone like her working there!

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons during my recent visit. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and the coffee was just what I needed to start my day. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The supervisor sky was on duty and she was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and created a warm, positive atmosphere. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and kindness—thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Only 1 person on counter service is so slow people are getting angry there are 25 people in a line

Worst Tim Horton in Toronto. Slowest in service. The people in the line will fill the hall way but the staffs prefer yapping with each other instead of working. Plus what ever you choose to eat its always out of stock, i mean they never have in stock except double and steep tea.
