I’m so disappointed today with the service. I ordered Latte and Sausage and egg biscuit and they gave me the egg and cheese.. It’s too far of what I said. I will understand if there’s confusion if I repeat the order but I didn’t.. coz i know exactly what I will order.. they charged me again to the sausage I understand that but for the ice coffee to hot coffee I think that’s a steal.. they didn’t refund me.. I paid like $10 supposed to be $8.. it’s not a lot but the things is being a customer service people! They should know enough.. who ever the management of this place pls! Train your staff appropriately..

Could be cleaner. Also,10 cents for a 🥤 to have water💧 for my meds vexed me. I prefer Starbucks because as a long time⌛️ customer with a gold card and app,2-3-4 ☕️s only cost me $2.89. Less than a dollar💵 for a ☕️,and all the 💧 I want+ clean washroom🚻.

They always close before time. They are supposed to close at 6pm today and I arrived at 5:15pm with my family to get coffee and some donuts. But the employees had already locked the door and having laughs and chats inside. They always follow the same pattern as if no one is monitoring them.

We ordered bacon bagel and there is no bagel inside. We used the offer from app but they add surcharge $2 and can’t explain why but just keep asking you to simply pay. It’s a SCAM.

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen. The fly traps hidden behind their menu boards have 10000s of dead flies. That’s disgusting. The store is the dirtiest. Service is too slow. This just destroys the atom Hortons brand.

I recently visited Tim Hortons, the location at 45 Overly Blvd, and was disappointed with my experience. The premises had an unhealthy environment, with dead flies behind the counter and overall poor cleanliness. The service was also slow. I hope to see improvements in the future.
