This is the Best Tim Hortons in Ontario.
The coffee is always Perfect. The Donuts made me enjoy Timbits and the Double Chocolate donut again
The Breakfast Farmers Wrap perfectly Made.
Bathrooms were spotless.
You can't control The clientele so I won't judge them based on who's standing around their Business.

I bought a garlic bread, it was stale. I can’t break it , i can’t chew. I showed it to the staff. Speechless. I wish i can upload the video. We have short breaks and sometimes they’re understaff. Orders are late. And we get stale food.

I don’t go to TH anymore I use to go all the time but the food is not what it used to be to be last time I went I said to myself try it one more time and it was just a waste of my $$ my coffee was almost water and tasted old I got a bunch of donuts and they wore terrible they must have being a couple of days old terrible I m done

I had to tell a worker how to make a tea. 🤦♀️. That should have been part of the training? It was luke warm and gross. I won't buy food anymore, too many flies, etc landing on it, staff not using gloves to touch the food. Nope, not anymore. I used to go there daily for years.

I use to go to Tim Horton at Eaton Center. Food is good but always we have to wait more than 30 min to pick up order and ordered food items also not corect. But other outlets I never faced this issue.

This is the second time this has happened. The first time I ordered a tropical green tea, the second time a steeped tea — and both times I was given coffee instead. If your staff are not properly trained, they really shouldn’t be put on shift. Please take customer orders seriously.

Okay, I know it’s not groundbreaking, but it is Canada, and Timmy’s hits the spot every time. Okay, yes, it’s a Canadian classic, but it really does hit the spot. We grabbed coffee and donuts more than once, and it was always affordable and reliable.Some locations had a few characters hanging around, but hey, that’s city life. Still totally worth it for the iced coffee and old-fashioned donuts.
