On July 27th, at around 8:20 AM, I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons located around York hotel. I asked if I could see a menu since I only knew about the Iced Capp. An older female staff member dismissed me by saying, “Look up and order,” without offering any guidance. I made an order “Frozen Orange Tangerine”, but the older female staff at the counter seemed irritated and asked other male staff next to her what “frozen” meant—as if my pronunciation was the problem. It was quite embarrassing, and I even found myself asking if I had said something wrong. Despite my request, she gave me a regular orange juice instead. I had to ask again for the correct drink: Frozen Orange Tangerine.
I also ordered an Iced Latte, but was given an Iced Vanilla Latte instead.
Another person in my group ordered an Iced Black Coffee, but received an Iced Latte as well.
Maybe these were just mistakes—but having the wrong items given to us on both visits and being made to feel uncomfortable for simply trying to order correctly was disappointing. Just because someone isn’t fluent in English doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be able to enjoy what they actually want to order.

Hi I visit there with a survey code today .but staff behivour is very rude .a Chinese lady worked here she is talking very rudely with the customer this is not good please ask to your staff to deal with respect to customer thanks 👍
