Friendliest, Fastest and most efficient Tim Hortons I have been to in a long time. I would have given this 5 stars but the customer restrooms were closed to customers

I have been using this location for years but for the past month or so the quality of the coffee it’s pretty bad (it taste like water) even though sometimes I ask the employees they gladly remake it but the taste still bad.

Not sure what is going on with Tim Horton’s, including this location (and honestly this location seems to be doing a lot better than many others, though it is still unsatisfactory service.) It feels like every time I visit this chain there is either an unreasonable wait, the food is prepared incorrectly, or there is a missing item in my order that I have to remind them to provide me with… Today at this location, I requested no cheese on my wrap and when I bit in, I could see that instruction was completely ignored. Honestly a huge liability for people with any allergies or health concerns. It’s very sad to see the quality of this chain declining, as it’s been a staple for many years…. Not sure why but the constant mistakes have become exhausting and I’ll be eating elsewhere from now on.

Great products... just need to reduce the waiting time.

Would have purchased something but was disgusted by the state of the washroom.

I sympathise with the employees- they’re likely not given enough staffing coverage to compensate for the volume of people hanging out. (Notably SEVERAL food delivery guys taking up multiple tables and floor space with their bags.)

There was urine in and on the toilet. Balls of toilet paper strewn around the floor. It was like the toilet from Trainspotting. Sure, I’d like to assume that the prep area is maintained to a higher standard, but why risk when there are other options in the neighbourhood.

This falls on the franchisee. No excuses - other chains in the area have reasonably clean interiors. In high density areas many businesses know the labour costs skew a bit higher to maintain the spaces.

I purchased a vanilla chai latte and it tasted like dishwater with cinnamon. I would not recommend anything from this chain of restaurants

Line usually moves pretty fast. Good selection of doughnuts (this location carries a chocolate dipped cruller).

I tried the chicken Parmesan flatbread for the first time. Affordable, and in a good location.
Is it going to win any awards? No. But it’s a convenient place and it was good enough.

(I wish it had been spicy!)
