I love this location. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond. I witnessed the manager checking in on a young homeless women and ask her if she could help her anyway. This is something I will always remember. Not may people are so kind, especially when the guests are complaining about her smell and how dirty the young lady was. Not something I want to see when I'm eating my lunch. But the manager handled it with kindness and professionalism, only wish the guest could see it. Hard to believe that people can be so mean to the manager and continue to yell and complain to have her removed.

Slowwwwww service. Was there with my ML. The young man took my MLs order then I proceeded to tell him my order as well. We are waiting a good 7 minutes for the bagels. My ML gor her bagel then was told my order was never punched in when I looked the man I face and told him my order. Annoying.
