I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons on Wynford Drive. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of respect toward customers. This isn’t a one-time issue—several people I know have had similar experiences at this location. Orders are frequently made incorrectly, and when mistakes are pointed out, the attitude from staff is dismissive instead of apologetic. Customer service here seriously needs improvement. I hope The owner addresses these ongoing issues.

Normally a great place for coffee but Saturday they were very busy and waited over 25 minutes for an online order. Never did get it told a friend to go to the desk and get it. As I had to go to work.
