I went into Tim Hortons wanting the Canadian experience, instead I got an American one. I ordered coffee, which was terrible, but after ordering tim bits, i realized one had been bitten into. I told the cashier, and she looked at me like I was crazy and didn't even take out the bitten one from my box. She gave me one replacement and a major side eye.

It’s somewhat of a record setting with this location that they’ve almost never gotten my complete order correctly. If it’s a drink or a sandwich, sure they get that right but the moment it’s like a combo or two, they mess up atleast one of the items.

Baileys Coffee is horrible tasting and smelling. Presuming it is just the flavour that is used rather than this location. Service at this location is solid and friendly.

I am a regular at this location. I find there are some staff, certainly not all, that are not only unfriendly but rude.Standing at the counter to order, after being asked "can I help you", and have the server turn her back to you and talk with another staff.If it's training needed then get them the training.
