The staff have the patience of saints, there are people begging in the store and unfortunately people harassing and swearing at the staff, but they keep their cool and service everyone fair and with respect.
They need a guard for this store for the staffs sake.

Beautiful seating area that they need to just leave locked off, which is a waste

This Tim Hortons has some of the rudest & inconsiderate employees I’ve encountered at any location. They stand around and chat to each other while lines form to & thru the door and don’t even have the common customer service courtesy to greet customers. They’ll make multiple online orders while never looking up or acknowledging the human beings standing in front of them. And then when they finally do they greet you with disdain as if you’re an inconvenience to them by having them do the job they were hired & paid to do. It’s mostly the men working there that are the big issue. I would have added names but they didn’t want to share them(which is their rights) so unfortunately I have to put this on the whole store.

Possibly the most disgusting looking Tim Hortons. Please look at the attached picture I took while passing by this outlet.

Management doesn't bother to keep the restaurant surroundings tidy. May not be clear from the picture but the window glass has dried liquid on it that's visible from 30 feet away.

Tim Hortons needs a major overhaul

No indoor seating! A remarkable sprawl of wasted space. Photos taken during open hours, despite the metal fence.

They don't trust or respect their paying customers.

They have a full dinning room that is fenced off completely. How about if someone buys a coffee and food you let them stay and harm up for an hour? You know show some compassion?

Don't expect sympathy or customer service from here.

Dirty, no seating because it's blocked off (for pretty obvious reasons). Attracts some characters, to say the least.

Bad coffee here they don't know how to make coffee

Coffee and Food Pretty consistent. Service is getting really bad, no hi or thank you any more, just a guy collecting cash. The inside alone has gone so down hill since it opened. They refuse to open one of the front doors so homeless people camp out there. The inside is always dirty, not a safe place to let your kids roam. Dinning area has been closed for ever. Not sure why its even there.

I recently visited your location to order some Timbits, a twist, and a tea. The server, HARSIRAM, was incredibly rude. While I was looking for my gift card, he was rushing me, which made me feel uncomfortable. After using up my gift cards, I politely asked if he could dispose of them for me since they were empty. He responded rudely, telling me to "do it yourself." I was shocked by his attitude. Earlier, I also noticed him refusing to allow another customer to use the washroom. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but this kind of behavior, especially in front of my toddler, is unacceptable. I visit this location regularly and have never encountered such poor service from anyone else. This experience was a great disappointment, and I will think twice before returning. Please ensure your staff are properly trained to treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

Great service and great coffee and pastries. But the washrooms are not always clean!

Tim Hortons employees in general are warriors in the world of customer service and the employees here are some of the finest. They work hard and fast to fuel the steady barrage of customers. On several occasions I've even witnessed two coffees being poured at the same time -- my question is, if you're using two hands to work twice as fast, shouldn't you be paid twice as much?

The bathroom is never open, the dinning room is never open and they wouldn't toast my croissant!
