I had an excellent experience at this Tim Hortons. One of the finest establishments in Toronto I must say. You may be asking, “what makes this Tim Hortons so special?” And for that I would say the customer service. Here I was standing in line, dazed and confused on what to get that will satisfy my hunger as I was overwhelmed by all new items on the menu. It was at that point I told my friend Vahid that I wish they kept some of the old menu items such as the Philadelphia strawberry...
Straight up: this location is in a rough neighborhood. I can’t imagine what the staff here have to deal with on a daily basis YET they are always friendly and working their butts off because it is always busy. Shout out to Hoa, who always remembers my order. I wish I could tip the staff because they deserve it!
Extremely friendly staff, even seem to know their regulars orders, which adds a touch. Got my food quick and without a mistake. The only thing was that the dining room is closed, so nowhere to sit if you're from out of town and don't know the city very well.
