Straight up: this location is in a rough neighborhood. I can’t imagine what the staff here have to deal with on a daily basis YET they are always friendly and working their butts off because it is always busy. Shout out to Hoa, who always remembers my order. I wish I could tip the staff because they deserve it!
Extremely friendly staff, even seem to know their regulars orders, which adds a touch. Got my food quick and without a mistake. The only thing was that the dining room is closed, so nowhere to sit if you're from out of town and don't know the city very well.
The team is very fast and efficient. They deal with a lot of difficult people and there are always peddlers outside but they do so well. A difficult location to work at! A great team!
