I get my coffee from this Tim Hortons on Queen Street every day, and they never disappoint! The staff is always fast, respectful, and accurate with my orders. Recently, I accidentally placed a mobile order for the wrong location, but the team here was incredibly understanding and went out of their way to make my order anyway. Been going to this location for years and they have been pretty consistent! You can get your usual Timmies selections plus some exclusives menu items. Considering they get swamped at times, their service is great (yay Privya!) :)

They take it personal when I tell them something I ordered does Not look like in the photos. Table is very dirty and nobody seems to bother to clean it. Staff a bit rude, it seems all Indians tool Over all customer service jobs and they do customer service like they were still in New Delhi.

Very poor damn service, machines are not working debit machine or credit machine and they have not posted any signs out there saying it’s only cash taking the orders and wasting peoples time and then telling them that it’s only cash. Very unprofessional employees and dirty place.
I visited today and found the customer restroom out of service. The cashiers seemed busy, so I approached a young man who was cleaning outside and asked if there was another restroom available. He kindly offered to let me use the staff restroom. However, a female staff member abruptly yelled at him, saying, “Don’t let her use the staff restroom!”
I don’t usually write complaints, but I found her behavior extremely unprofessional and rude, especially in front of customers. Despite this, the young man graciously allowed me to use the restroom. I am leaving this review because the lady’s behavior was unacceptable, and she should learn to be more courteous and professional.
