They don’t wash their hands. First time I happened I figured I’d let it slide. But after watching the employee wring out a dirty cloth into the sink and proceed to make my order…I feel like that warrants a red flag. Is this a new standard for Tim Hortons?

I had a work order to fix the store’s network connection. The manager refused access, stating they had no record of a technician visit, which is understandable, but her attitude was unprofessional. I asked her to confirm with the owner and provided the contact name from my support team’s discussion two days earlier, but she ignored me and went to the back kitchen. Both my support team and Timzone attempted to call the store with no response. Poor communication and management.
