This is the best tim hortons i had ever visited. Ankit and Savreet have both been outstanding in their roles. Ankit consistently delivers high-quality work with a proactive and reliable approach, while Savreet brings innovation, clear communication, and adaptability to every challenge. Their contributions have added great value to the team.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Tilak was fantastic – he greeted me with such respect and made my experience truly great. Easily some of the best service I've had in Toronto!
Tilak is such a wonderful barista, he’s always fast and efficient with the orders and always have an amazing attitude! Great place.
Great service met this guy tilak gave me exceptional service
The staff at this particular Tim's are exceptional. They are incredibly hardworking, kind, and remember your name and order. They are the reason why I would go back and why I feel welcomed. I hope they feel adequately supported and have enough staff not to feel overwhelmed. They are the backbone of the establishment.
I was passing through this area and happen to stop by this tim hortons to grab a coffee. Have to say the staff was very welcoming and energetic. Fast service as well. Recommended.
Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Very disappointing customer service they are so arrogant and showing attitude while thinking Oder
Nice staff and Ambience. Nice place to visit
I really feel for the staff at this Tim Hortons. I stopped by recently and saw only two people trying to manage a long line, take orders, make drinks, and handle everything else. They were doing their best, but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. It’s not fair to expect so much from so few people.
As a customer, when I see that kind of chaos from outside, I usually just walk away and go somewhere else. No one likes waiting forever, and I can only imagine how stressful it must be for the staff.
If Tim Hortons wants to keep customers happy and treat workers right, they need to schedule more people—especially during rush hours. This isn’t just about speed, it’s about basic respect for the team and the people coming in.

Really nice experience and welcoming staff.
Great location ❤️
The chocolate croissant ($2.20) pairs well with hot chocolate ($2.60) on cold windy days.
This location has the best staff of any I've ever visited in the entire city.
Everything is great just don't understand why ice coffee is not on there menu
