I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a coffee but was given tea instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member (possibly a supervisor) was rude and argumentative instead of resolving the issue. I also noticed her shouting at her crew members, which created a very negative atmosphere in the store. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and makes customers feel uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this and ensures better customer service and teamwork at this location.
