My cappuccino was watery and cost $4.25 and a home less guy was harassing me while I waited in line to pick up my order. The lady at the window helped me with my app, she was 5 stars.

The price for a large ice coffee is getting insanely 3 dólares and come with a lite ice even if you ask less ice

Hi i just order a orange sparkling quencher on drive-thru and what i get only a ice in medium cup as you can see in the picture and when i asked the guy name yuvraj on the drive thru window about what they did and he started arguing and refused to exchange the order and saying tim hortons told us to put that much ice. I was very disappointed with their service. Also the guy was claiming that he is a supervisor. I never did reviews but it was such a bad experience.

Asked for half cream and sugar, got syrup milk with a splash of coffee. When I said it was wrong they told me I was wrong.

Ive had countless bad experiences in this tim hortons but always excused it but today was the final that i have to write a review. I got two m&m cookies and they were absolutely messed up. It was a burnt cookie that was way too thick. The staff are not kind either its a bad location, unfortunately its the closest to me.
Small location. Ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich. First debit machine wasn’t working. The cashier saying I’m not doing it right. My points and discount wasn’t applied and she’s telling me that I should have told her?!?!? Isn’t it all automatic? Behind the counter is about 7 women, and to be honest, they were loud and annoying. 5 of them talking at the same time, yelling at each other. It’s a small location, it makes it very unpleasant to sit and have a coffee and something to eat. I normally just get drive through service but, on this day, I decided to enter the store and sit for a while. Loud and very unprofessional.

hello to me it seems that very bad this service for the workers they fight you one orders something and they tell you that this is not what I order asks for something they give you no that it is not and so that open 24 hours if they have nothing and to sell a sad coffee is a lot the expense between trabajadores.luz.agua. and on top of that they attend it when they feel like it in a place they treated me as a clown as it seems to them then I think that to sell in 24 hours open a better cafe they close that business and let the people rest workers thanks

The coffee tastes watered down. It's like they reuse the same coffee filter for two pots of coffee in a row. Horrible!
