This Tim Hortons is an absolute embarrassment.
The woman working the drive thru was rude from the very first second. She could not understand a simple order and instead of doing her job and asking for clarification she chose attitude arrogance and hostility. I repeated myself multiple times while she acted annoyed confused and irritated like my presence was some massive inconvenience.
Then came the window. Somehow it got even worse. She continued being disrespectful and then actually cursed at me. Yes cursed at a paying customer. That is not a misunderstanding. That is not stress. That is straight up unacceptable trash behavior.
If you are incapable of basic communication without snapping swearing and acting hostile you should not be working anywhere near customers. This is Tim Hortons not a back alley. There is zero excuse for this level of unprofessionalism.
This location clearly has no standards no training and no accountability. Management should be ashamed for allowing someone like this to represent their brand. I will never return and I hope others think twice before wasting their money here.
Do better. Or close the doors.

I ordered 12 grain begal with cream cheese today morning, surprisingly, the just touched a cream cheese and not like any other Tims, where they full it up with cream cheese, and in drive thru i have to waited 5-7mins outside just for my begal. This happened for the second time. No more this Tims. Abd the lady never greets me, but for every other customers very happily treats. I don't know what it is, is it because of my colour?? Be aware!!

My partner and I went through the drive through for coffee and breakfast. We got to the window and paid, the woman behind the window handed us our drinks and told us to drive all the way around the building to the front door because the bagels werenât ready and theyâre on a timer. My partner said we would wait at the window, we had to exit on the side closest to the drive through to get out of the parking lot and there was nobody in line behind us. She closed the window, and said some rude comments to her coworkers (before the window was even fully closed). When she came back she shoved the bag with the bagels in it aggressively into my partnerâs hands, crushing the bag in the process and closed the window on us without a word.
Typically if they ask us to pull over somewhere else we would, but today it didnât make sense to drive all the way around.
One of the bagels wasnât even toasted as we had asked.

I love the women here when i come before work in the morning. Everyone is laughing and enjoying themselves and the energy is great. Certainly makes the morning a bit more tolerable. Drive through is always fast and efficient and everyone is always in good spirits. 10/10

I only ordered two wraps and they charged me for three sandwiches. The customer service was atrocious, and the service was terrible. They put my wrap in a bag and not even a wrapper.
The cashier at drive thru was so rude, she got our order wrong and wouldnât even let us finish ordering, instead she rushed us to drive thru the window. If I can give zero stars I would have done that.
