I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the Cilantro Lime Bowl I purchased from your location at 120 Bremner Blvd, Toronto. The dish was subpar in multiple aspects, and I ended up getting sick after consuming it.
The rice was stale, the sauce was barely present, and the lettuce was not chopped but instead included in large, unappetizing leaves. When I brought this to the server's attention, I was unhelpfully told that "that's how they make it." This lack of concern for customer satisfaction and quality is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, I experienced adverse health effects shortly after eating, including vomiting. I expect a higher standard from your establishment as I visit this location few times of week with my colleagues.
I wanted to reach out and return for a refund if I had time to go back.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but today I just feel the need to. This is the closest Tim Hortons to my work, so it's my go to when I want something other than office coffee. It's in a busy spot and it should be staffed accordingly. This morning I stood in line for 25 MINUTES... TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES... I was tempted to storm away, but at the same time I wanted to see how long it would take and if the wait/delay would be acknowledge in anyway... Guess what... Nothing. Not even a "Thanks for waiting" and "Sorry for the wait". The people in front of me must have waited even longer... The staff are disorganized, wandering around aimlessly, not taking orders... Mobile order is even worse - So fair warning... Be prepared for a LONG wait on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday when most people come in to work (in downtown)... Monday & Friday you might get served faster...And then you'll be left disappointed with a bagel with a light spread of cream cheese and a soggy hashbrown and a coffee order you need to get fixed anyways...Just a disappointment and the wait time today was my breaking point.

This location offers a limited selection of the standard Tim's fare, but be prepared to wait. I recommend setting mobile order pickup time ~5-10 minutes before planned arrival to reduce wait time.Always check your order accuracy before you leave!Additionally, the location's close time is listed as 2:00pm but orders are often stopped 20min or so early.

Lowest rating for everything! Firstly I had to wait too long (10mins!) for my breakfast meal of sausage egg muffin, coffee and hash brown. The person who took my order had very condescending attitude but what really got me very mad was I found out later instead of sausage egg muffin, its was a bagel with nothing in it!!! I was too far away to go back!!! Very disappointed!!! Terrible service ! and Very bad giving me an empty bagel!!! Very insulted!!! F- total fail!!!! I don't recommend anyone buying here!!! Boycott this outlet!!! Very poorly managed.

I hate giving negative reviews esp now wgen times are tough as people are short staffed but I also want to be responsible towards folks like me who rely on reviews before going to a joint. This was was Really disappointing!!! Bremner Tim Horton in the path area. Please check your order before you leave. This afternoon ordered two cravables crispy chicken sandwiches- our usual to go but first time from this location. After huge wait both sandwiches were dry, no sauce and they forgot to put chicken properly too I guess. Tried calling them to inform that May be their staff isn’t t trained or new and does not know what they are doing but mailbox is full. Will go back to them post my trip this evening to see how they deal with this. Stay tuned. Mistakes happen but twice on two sandwiches- clearly it’s a quality issue. Stay tuned for updates.

Upstairs on the second floor if you wondering where this is
Normally this location is great. The staff is quick and efficient. However, the last few days, they have had some new people that I think are training and it's caused some quality issues. From not properly inputting meal deal discounts, to what seems like not properly cleaning out their coffee pots...today my steeped tea tasted more like coffee than tea. Im huge on learning and growth, please keep these current issues in mind to coach your new people so they can thrive. I don't want some stressed out person taking frustrations out on them because of lack of training. Also, I miss the 2 guys that typically work there. They are always so friendly! And the woman that works in.the sandwich section is wonderful
