I’ve had a pleasant experience. The staff were nice and friendly, super helpful. I received the wrong coffee at another Tim Hortons and I didn’t have time to go back so I came here. They replaced it for me even though I didn’t purchase it from them. Amazing service

The store is a compact location with limited space dedicated to service provisions. Order management appears disorganized, with both online and in-person orders being combined in a single area. Additionally, the shop's early closing time of 2:30 PM poses significant inconvenience for customers. Unfortunately, I encountered a quality issue this morning; the farmers' wrap contained eggshell fragments, as evidenced by the attached photograph. I am disappointed with this experience.
