It's a timmies so at best it's a 4/5 But this one in particular is very terrible.
I used to work at Tim Hortons so I know how much corporate pushes for slow wait times and fast out times. I believe it's 3 minutes for food and under a minute for a drink and pastry. Many years ago when I worked at Tim Hortons I able to do that, but this Tim Hortons cannot achieve anything remotely close to that.
I'm not mostly blaming the employees either it comes down to management and training.
This Tim Hortons will often only have one person per till instead of the standard order taker/pasty puller and drink maker as well as only one person on The breakfast bar during the morning Rush instead of the standard two probably as a cost saving measure at the expense of customer experience.
The general flow of Tim Hortons is an order taker taking orders one after another only stopping for pastries or if there is a backlog of drinks. The reason why it's important to do this is so other people can work in parallel which this Tim Hortons does not seem trained to be able to do.
It's much more efficient to prepare three of anything than it is to make something three times back to back.
If the management team is incapable of training people properly and how to work the most efficient and would Glenn to come in and teach management how to train people for 3 months of free breakfast sandwiches. Joking aside, please get your shit together, My average wait time at this location is probably above 10 minutes for a breakfast order because everything is made in in series instead of parallel. Please staff your store properly and make sure your employees receive the proper training and are paid properly as well.

I came in for lunch today, really bad customer service first thing and then I ordered wedges and a wrap. I asked before if they have it fresh they said yes and when I got food the lady told me she gave me a has brown instead because wedges are less. I appreciated that untill I came back home and saw the wedges were literally 5-6 and they were so black and hard like a stone. It was not fresh at all and the wrap I ordered eggs looked green this is literally a food safety and health issue. My stomach was hurting later even I threw half of my food because it tasted really gross.
I would really like to tell the management to take care of food safety and hygiene at a food place.
Literally the worst experience waste of money and time. I wish I could go ask for a refund after this happened.
I don’t know how they are handling this store. So unprofessional and rude.

Twice I’ve come here and ordered and they’ve really messed up my order
Ordered a bacon bagel belt got to my office and saw they only have me leave and tomato in a bagel.
Other time I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich that I got without sausage

Always waiting for 5-10 minutes, even if I’m the first one in the line. Only 2 employees and a lot of people in the line! They are making the coffee and not taking orders, waste of time every time I come.

Beware! Cashier may sneakily round up your bill with some miscellaneous charge like donation. If you only noticed after paying, they won't even offer a refund.

This is a PSA: their coffee gave me diarrhea for a week. I stopped getting my coffee here and the diarrhea stopped. Also, the cashiers don't know how to do a credit card refund; instead they just double charge you.

Consistently slow service at this location. Order mistakes are common. I just ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese spread on it, had to go back to request a proper spread. Assumed it was done properly after the employee was told about her error, but when I got back to my desk, it was the same as before. Unbelievable.
While I generally refrain from giving negative reviews to fast-food establishments, today's experience at the coffee shop was notably disappointing due to an encounter with an associate named Seema. Unfortunately, Seema's lack of a nametag and unwillingness to freely share her name set a negative tone. The real issue arose when she was extremely impolite, rude and failed to communicate effectively during a mix-up with my order. Her lack of patience and failure to clarify the mistake led to unnecessary frustration. The situation could have been avoided with careful instruction and attention to detail. When I pointed out the error, Seema demanded the return of the incorrect order in an impolite manner. I hope this was an isolated incident and not indicative of how she treats all customers.

Very Bad service, I just went inside and waited for 5-10 minutes nobody was there they were coming and going nobody asked me about my order and then someone else came after me and the cashier (order taker) did not gave me my turn and instead started taking the order of the person who came after me I got so pissed that I left without placing an order, will never buy food again from this branch this happened at 2:15pm Dec 8, 2023Very very disappointed (not taking the name of the rude cashier here)

I used to absolutely love going to this store, but ever since new management took over, the store has been closing earlier than the posted closing time. Not once, but twice, I've had to return because the store closed early. One time, I was turned away because the cash register closed 2 minutes before the store's official closing time. Then, on another occasion, I entered the store around 3:56 PM, and as usual, it was already closed. I saw the store manager closing the cash register and asked, 'Are you closed?' He replied, 'Check the time.' I pointed out that it was 3:57 PM, with three minutes left before closing.I hope the store can address this issue to ensure that customers can rely on the posted closing time for service.
