I had a bad experience there while in Toronto. I've ordered the flatbread pizza with a topping, but I just noticed they forgot to add the topping when I got to the hotel room (although they charged for it). Besides, all tables were dirty and there was no paper napkins.

It is a very nice place with a big window front to look outside. I interacted with three people and all of them were super helpful and professional as I wanted to buy the lovely looking merchandise cups and mugs. Unfortunately they were not allowed to offer me a special price for a big order of ~100 CAD which surprised me from business perspective. That's why 1 star is missing in the review.

Every morning the service is extremely slow, you have to wait about 10 minutes for the order to be delivered and the attendants have a very bad attitude.

I love the atmosphere here. It’s much more cleaner than the other locations. All the employees are friendly.
They constantly put signs on the doors saying there is a problem so that customers don't use the restroom, but employees and their friends enter.
