Ordered a sausage farmers wrap with a steep tea on February 10. This Tim Hortons made the best farmers wrap I think I have ever had, and I have tried many locations but this one that I had that day definitely was the best!

everybody drink tea and coffee in tim hortons, Today I order one strip tea and pastry on everything bagel toasted with butter don't cut. I ask her can you able to change gloves please? She said OK I wait for 10 minutes I saw her she makes sandwich and then she don't change the gloves and she make bagel give it to me If you can change it, just tell me we cannot change. I'm not gonna forcing to her to make this one.

Hardworking staff but they can't physically handle the enormous volume at peak times. This often resulting in wait times over 15 minutes. Currently waiting 26 minutes and counting for a small order.

Staff doesnt engage to customer when being asked questions.. All they say is we are doing the order as fast as we can without bothering asking whats wrong or what are we waiting for… and when you asked them again they get very annoyed… no one looks at the crowd of customers in front of them…. Everyone staff member of tims avoid eye contact!!!!

I'm really disappointed with the service I received. On Nov 11 the older women with golden hair who prepared my coffee was coughing and wasn't wearing a mask, which is very unsafe in a hospital where many people can easily get sick.
Am giving 2 stars.

Thin lady with specs doesn’t know how to do customer service. Huge lineup whenever she is on the main tilt for taking orders. She is very slow and makes everything go slow. Other lady (manager or someone) is very professional and fast, greet customers very nicely no matter it’s 7:00am or 2:00pm her energy is not matchable and no lineups.
