Med double and a bagel 30 minutes wate time average
Thin lady with specs doesn’t know how to do customer service. Huge lineup whenever she is on the main tilt for taking orders. She is very slow and makes everything go slow. Other lady (manager or someone) is very professional and fast, greet customers very nicely no matter it’s 7:00am or 2:00pm her energy is not matchable and no lineups.
Not in any rush here.
Ordered via Tim mobile app combo Farmer’s breakfast wrap: bacon & egg and sausage & egg from this Tim Hortons . Less than 5 mins they prepared and fast service. Thank you.
Excellent service (Ramon ) 100% customer satisfaction
Customer service here is non-existent.
“How do you pay?” was the 1st question an unpleasant male employee asked me. “Are you paying by credit/debit card?”he repeated, while rolling his eyes. Worst customer service. He definitely needs to retake his training on customer service. This incident happened on April 03 around 4pm. 👎🏾 ❌
This Tim Hortons is very busy because of the location. Staff are really hard-working and friendly. They do such a great job. Thank you.
It takes about 30 minutes to get one order :)

Placed a mobile order for a farmers wrap and caramel ice coffee. The syrup was not stirred since I can see it sitting in the bottom of the cup. Asked one of the stuff if they could kindly stir it. The guy looked upset, grabbed the stir stick that was on the counter and aggressively stirred the ice coffee spilling on the counter and on the lid while telling me that I can do it myself. Not surprised, though I told the stuff that it’s their job to stir it. Just grabbed my order and left. The experience was disappointing and not worth the money.

St Mikes used to have one of the best Tims. Not anymore. Long waits after you order. Staff drop food off and everyone has to figure out who got their order
They shouldn't receive any star the staff at evening shift is always giving me the wrong order for example this picture. I ordered mango frozen lemonade, and they just gave me lemonade. They should fire those staff.

I agree with Shane A. There is nothing worse than having someone with a long face serving you. When working we have to force a smile. Actually, if you smile at the customer they will usually be pleasant back. To me, smiling feels good and is contagious.

Never a fan of their dark roast but while I was at St. Michael emergy waiting room I had to order some strong coffee nearby and this was the place. My coffee was served hot and my mobile order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Smokey honey bacon farmer’s wrap($5.49) w/ chipotle sauce & cheddar cheese was FANTASTIC!!! It was wrapped & pressed well with nice grill mark. It’s moderately
salty, sweet from honey, spicy from chipotle sauce & smokeyness from bacon & grillmark from the wrap. I would order it again.

This location often runs out of items at any point of the day, and it's happened multiple times. Mobile ordering is unreliable for this reason. I've spoken to other coworkers about similar experiences and overheard a conversation while waiting in line today about more items not in stock, even just not having Chipotle sauce for a Chipotle wrap. This location is certainly busy and busy enough that they could stock food items for those that would purchase. Pls fix this problem, especially in the hospital where we would really appreciate service after yours and since the other tim Hortons nearby is permanently closed.
