I was at this tims today, I usually go there almost every other day. This little girl with glasses is the most rude person I have ever some across. I go there only because the people working are the sweetest but this little one has been so rude everytime I go and i let it go for the longest. I wanted to email them but I couldn't find it so here I am! Today my cashier was helping me with my order and I wasn't finished so she was making sure I have completed my order first and I called for a steeped tea, they always check once to see if they have enough and let me know by the end that its brewing and if I am okay to wait or not, RESPECTFULLY. This little girl with glasses here name is too long for me to remember but she RUDELY interrupted me and my cashier and screamt from the back that step tea is brewing and IT TAKES TIME. Not that I was rushing them or anything the cashier was shocked and so was I that there was no need to be like this about it she replied to her saying "we understand" and thank god she did or else I would have given her a peace of my mind. I was there the other day as well and they were quite busy, so i didn't mind waiting but some girl took the wrong order the LITTLE girl with glasses again stormed out of the place to call her back in the middle of the busy time and when she didn't get a hold of her came back in YELLING at the girl on the register that DAY as well!!! No respect for anyone what so ever!!!!. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager since so long but I didn't want to create trouble for her, today this (not the little one, but the one taking my order originaly) girl was on cash and she apologized to me and said that the next time the manger would be around she would make me speak to her and only for that reason I was quite and also because she stood up for me. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM THIS PLACE, THE LITTLE GIRL ALSO NEVER COMES UP TO TAKE ORDERS SHE SYARTS TO CLEAN AND WAITS FOR THE OTHERS TO TAKE THE ORDERS LIKE EXCUSE ME! I like this place don't get me wrong but avoid the tiny one at all costs she will get on your nerves.

They have a special menu which they say is premium and different from other tum stores. Expensive and not tasty.

They charge for a cold brew but it's actually an iced coffee. It comes hot from the pot. They won't do combos but will sell each individual item that comes in a combo separately. Tim Hortons head office should not allow this!
