In my opinion, the district manager who rarely visits, but when he does, he is rude, unprofessional, lacks product knowledge, and often blames customers for ongoing equipment issues and wrong orders. He is also very unfriendly.

There's a creepy weirdo who stands outside the door and bothers young women. He'll hold the only door open for an extended period of time so you have to pass him. He's disgusting, giving him a loitering ticket. He's hurting your business. I'll add a photo so you know who to avoid. Very short black hair-like stubble. And a black puffer jacket. Don't come here. It's not safe.

I also enjoy their breakfast sandwiches — they’re warm and filling. The staff are kind and always serve with a smile. It’s a clean and comfortable place to sit and relax. I go there often and always have a good experience.
