I usually go to this Tim Hortons location because it's right next to my house. For a while now I've been noticing that the few tables and chairs it has inside are generally occupied by food delivery people. And not just the tables but the outside where their 6 motorized bicycles are parked, with their bags. If you arrive by bicycle or skateboard you have nowhere to leave yours, not even in a baby stroller. The food is not bad, the service is average for all Tim Hortons and is getting worse, cleanliness could be better, the employees at this location are relatively friendly. But the fact that it is a rest or waiting area for the delivery people seems to me to take away a lot of points. And this is something I've seen in many Tim Hortons in the area, not just this one.

They had the matcha items & other special items that you wouldn’t find in regular Tims. Service was a bit slow and the restaurant itself was a quite dirty. But had what I wanted to try :)

Just visited the store, cashier said this store doesn’t offer ice coffee. This is a coffee beverage store, and you don’t sell ice coffee?

They should mention the Wraps are pre-made and They heat the wrap and just give it to you. i bought a habanero chicken wrap and saw them take out a pre-made wrap and heat it had already paid so i was like okay i will get it. when i ate the wrap it was so bad there was no taste and was like i just ate something that i bought a day before. 9$ wrap and was diappointed they should have mentioned it was pre made. i wouldn’t have bought it. Also was nothing like habanero wrap no sauce in it as Well. The chicken was so rubbery in it as welll.

This is a specialty Tim Hortons location, which does specialty menu items with that being said they don’t do a lot of basic menu items. Their failure to advertise that on Google Maps or in their storefront is why they get a two star review. Like who doesn’t have ice coffee
