This is consistently the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. This is one of the few quick food options open late in the neighborhood except they stop serving food at 9 when they close at 11. Staff act like serving customers is an inconvenience to them. What is the point of this place???

Please give more attention to employee training here. There is one new female employee in this store who listens to you carefully and try to do her best but still everytime something gets missed when making the order and I don’t try to correct always because I understand its annoying. I hope she get little more training and bet she will do well.

Love this place. I came here after my run the other day. I was tired and hungry for a snack. I ordered the special olympics donut and after I paid and got my donut, for some reason they just handed me back the money. Couldn’t tell you why… They said something about giving the proceeds directly or something… anyways. Great spot! Love that it doubles as a homeless shelter. That’s nice of them.
Every time I’ve gone it’s never been to busy, I would rate the workers a 6/10. Once saw a guy waiting at the front for a while even though there were workers that could see him, these workers were acting busy even though it was only me waiting for a drink, when he spoke up one of the workers walked up and took it order with a lot of attitude.
Only about 3 tables, 2 double seaters and 1 quad seater.
The washroom is the best thing about this location.

Today I went to Tim Hortons and ordered a chai tea with 3 creams and 2 sugars. The drink was cold, almost like water. When I told the staff member, she said it was cold because I asked for 3 creams. I have ordered chai tea this way for many years and never had this problem before. I paid for a hot drink and did not receive what I ordered. I feel my money was wasted and I was not treated properly. Please look into this issue.

This must be the worst of the Tim Hortons. Many of them are not so great but this one is terrible. There is never enough staff working. Seems like they want to maximize profits by only hiring 2 people. This means the person at the cash taking orders has to go help assemble the orders with the one person working in the back. This results in a long line up of people most just wanting to get a coffee and leave. There's also only 3 tables available for seating. The place isn't big but it seems like they could have built a bar-style counter in the seating area to allow more people to sit. Instead what happens once the few seating is taken people sit on the ledge near the window. I didn't even get to the food & mix-ups which is a whole other story.

I recently visited this particular Tim Hortons and unfortunately, my experience was not great. Upon entering, I was greeted with extremely loud Indian music, which made it difficult to hear anything. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me seemed to have trouble understanding my order, she didn't seem like she could understand english and they messed up my order Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant visit We will not be returning here.
