This review is only for the consistent, smiling Catherine tonight! This location is souly held up by the work a few good employees, Catherine, Nikki, and Pranav. Everyone else has little interest in being there. It's quite evident by their attitudes, reluctantness to learn or improve, correct their own errors or simply acknowledge people waiting. Unfortunately the hours listed online aren't correct. There's no drive through, and they close at 10pm. Even the convenience store is open until 11pm. If you enter the shop b4 10pm, after 9pm, no one other than the 3 gems above will offer you anything but cold beverages and stale pastries, if any. So late night eats are available but not at the Tim Horton's in Roncesvalles. Two 24 McDonald's are within minutes of this donut shop.

Horrible service do not dare to come here!!! I clearly mentioned NO SAUSE (I was allergic) and mentioned that “no sause” multiple times. Just to receive my food and was filled with sauce. I was literally on my work break and almost had to call a doctor. After specifically stating that multiple times. I wasted all my time and lost my appetite. When I went back the employee seemed confused and was asking way too many questions. Like bruh i literally paid for a horrible experience. Genuinely just save your money and walk to the Starbucks down the street. So upsetting. BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!

This place is maybe one of my top worst rated Tim Hortons I know in the city. The food always comes out subpar to terrible. I’ve ordered a BLT and got a Lettuce Tomato with maybe 1 and if i’m LUCKY 2 slivers of Bacon. The coffee is the only saving grace of this location.
This location in particular… barely has any stock. I came in this morning at 9:50AM… AM… and they didn’t even have muffins. (???) it’s a Friday morning and you have no muffins?
The employees? either have no experience working in a coffee shop or just don’t care. They see a line and there is no pick up or attention to customers. A lot of this Tim Hortons customer base in this area are people on their way to work between 6-11am. If I pre-order 10 mins ahead and you haven’t even begun my coffee as you’re talking to your coworkers instead of paying attention to the orders… maybe that is why.
You can definitely expect waiting 10 mins for one baked item that sits at the front.
I get it, it gets busy.
But this location has failed me so many times and I frequent, as I am a local worker down the street and was relying on this Tim Hortons for my morning coffee. Not anymore.
