I ordered on the mobile app, scrambled egg loaded box, when I came in it wasn’t ready so I asked for a refund. I was told that wasn’t possible and when I opened my food the box was half empty and missing the hash brown?!

Some staff members at this location are genuinely kind, friendly, and remember regular customers well. Unfortunately, others are extremely rude and unhelpful, and interactions with them feel dismissive and rigid for no reason. Chinese staff - both the girl and the guy are extremely rude. Guys, show basic empathy to customers

Terrible customer service and zero empathy.
I ordered three items, potato wedges, a bowl, and a coffee, when it was –23°C outside. I was already holding the coffee and asked for a bigger bag to carry everything safely. The staff flat-out refused, saying it’s “policy” and that they don’t give bags to takeout customers.
No attempt to help. No concern for the weather. No basic common sense.
As a result, while struggling to carry everything in freezing temperatures, my coffee and bowl fell and spilled. That’s $15 completely wasted because of their rigid attitude and lack of care.
Policies shouldn’t come before people. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this location again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I get my coffee from Tim Hortons every day, and I’m always impressed! The coffee is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and the quality is top-notch. Definitely deserving of five stars!

Worst Tim Hortons in Toronto for sure only order a medium double double sat their 15 mins she gave everyone their order I asked if I can get line she said she called me three times how I was beside the counter waiting please just go to another Tim’s don’t waste your time here

Honestly skip this Tim Hortons all together and go across the street to McDonald’s. I waited in line for 15 minutes at 2pm on a Sunday because they were purposely not taking orders, wanting to incentivize people to order digitally. This is disgusting. 4 people who came in after me and used the kiosk were served before me. They also slowed down taking cash orders by doing other tasks that could have waited. One of the ladies in front of me skipped ordering food because of how long she had waited to have her order taken. They’ve put up two large signs asking people to use the kiosk and now that people are still not using them they are strong arming their customers with absurd wait times. There are often issues with orders from this location and there’s always homeless people inside and there’s often a homeless person holding the door open and begging for money.
I love the staff here, everyone is so friendly here!
