Worst Tim Hortons in Toronto for sure only order a medium double double sat their 15 mins she gave everyone their order I asked if I can get line she said she called me three times how I was beside the counter waiting please just go to another Tim’s don’t waste your time here

Honestly skip this Tim Hortons all together and go across the street to McDonald’s. I waited in line for 15 minutes at 2pm on a Sunday because they were purposely not taking orders, wanting to incentivize people to order digitally. This is disgusting. 4 people who came in after me and used the kiosk were served before me. They also slowed down taking cash orders by doing other tasks that could have waited. One of the ladies in front of me skipped ordering food because of how long she had waited to have her order taken. They’ve put up two large signs asking people to use the kiosk and now that people are still not using them they are strong arming their customers with absurd wait times. There are often issues with orders from this location and there’s always homeless people inside and there’s often a homeless person holding the door open and begging for money.

Stupid staff i went their i want to use washroom he said pay me first then use i say i am customer i buy from you and other tims to every day i am in rush they said pay first and then i allow to use when i pay they said washroom is in use and wait for 20 mins so we are doing cleaning

Very poor service, unfriendly personal, always forgot to add sauces or some ingridiants… if you take anything there check if they have added all ingridiants…

Avoid this Tim Horton's if you can and try the other one in Fort York. The gas station one is a lie (and is not a full Tim Hortons). Also, hit or miss service, night time service might be slightly better and faster service.

The manager (who we think is the manager) and improper maintenance of the technology at this location made for a horrible experience. Note: We only did takeout of food and beverages. The manager did not believe anyone when we talked about our order being incomplete or late. The employee managing the delivery/counter tried to help us and picked up on the printed receipt that our beverages were not complete. The employee also got continuously denied by the manager stating that we were missing beverages. The manager refused to believe us, the customers, and asked 3 times after to clarify. The receipts also clearly indicated our beverage orders but still the manager asked us what to take in our coffee.

Additionally, the technology of the ordering system was broken. One did not have a working tap/payment. The other machine also did not send any beverage orders to the ordering management system in the back. The manager told us that they didn't receive any orders, while the helpful employee referenced the receipt to help us course correct.

Rating is based on great employees, great service from the food and beverage team. Food is consistent like other Tim Hortons which is good. Unfortunate, horrible service and turnaround speed. Horrible manager and absolute poor customer service from the manager as well. Also, there were no disinfecting process of the self-order kiosks either or monitoring the customer limit of the restaurant.

I’ve noticed there are always new staff at this location, and service is really hit or miss. I usually order a bagel with cream cheese, but almost every time it comes with barely any cream cheese—it feels like I’m just eating plain bread. This has been a consistent issue. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Tim Hortons. It seems like overall, both the service and food quality at Tim Hortons have gone downhill.

A year later....slowest location yet, owner / franchise does not care.

Very slow service, disorganized staff. Stop allowing dogs inside the store, it's against the damn Health Code!

This Tim Hortons is complete crap. I'm so sick and tired of the staff just choosing to not actually call out names for completed orders. They just leave the food on their side of the counter and expect people to reach out and see if it's theirs or not. This is so lazy and inefficient. It's STANDARD in food service to call out for names on orders MULTIPLE TIMES until the order is picked up. You're lucky if they call out your name just once. If it's a mobile order, you probably aren't even there to hear them call out your name the first time. They never try again. Lazy lazy lazy. Do better.

Also your staff doesn't take care of trash in a timely manner.
