Went to grab some quick bites waited long even though the store was empty, ordered pritzels and potato veggies. While ordering the girl from the otherside shouted that donāt offer chipotle sauce After order employee informed that they donāt have veggies. I was ok and suddenly the same girl in her native language rudely mentioned to the guy that why did you give quantity of 6 instead of 5 pritzel, you are not bringing from your home. I was completely unaware guy responded since the veggies wasnāt available I have added one piece as complementary. I was watching the whole scene gently told girl if she want she can remove 1 piece from the order however she started excuses and was like no we are not making here. I walked away from my money and food both so SHE CAN ENJOY. IT ALL. Hope owner will take necessary actions.

Iām going to talk about Falguni, because of her this place is worth coming , she gives the service always above and beyond, She is the best in coming here from last 2 years. I swear she is the bestest person, I have ever got service, I went to many and more Tim hortons till now, But this is the best only because of Falguni.š«¶š¼Lots of Love to her

Overall great, but the Team Lead named Sahina (I think) screams her lungs out every time someone enters Tims like āHIIIII, WELCOME TO TIM HORTONS HOW ARE YOU?!!!ā. I have no idea why she gotta scream like this every single time. And then like a robot screaming āMY PLEASUREā after giving the order. I understand it is customer service and no complaints about it, but lower the voice down, please. It is like if you donāt scream loud enough - you wonāt get paid

Ordered Turkey š¦ Bacon š„ Club Artisan Sandwich š„Ŗ from this Tim Hortons location via Mobile App. Very fast service, clean & hygienic place. Quality of the sandwich much better. Nice place to sit in the outside patio. Thanks for the fast service.

The Adelaide and Church location brings in and reheats breakfast sandwiches rather than making them there. So can't have bacon and egg on a bagel even though you can order toasted bagel and cream cheese. And they are able to do their pizzas there. Can't seem to figure out how to bring in the bacon and egg and reheat in a bagel, but can reheat a preprepared bacon and egg on an English muffin brought in pre-made from another location. And it is a big shiny newly renovated store.

Iāve never written a review for a timmyās as I feel all my visits to other ones are quite standard and nothing to write home about, but the service at this location when I was here yesterday was top tier!Just came in for a coffee and a small treat and the lovely lady at the front was so nice and friendly :)
