Unprofessional and rude workers. Came around 9pm for a coffee and politely asked if I can have a fresh decaf coffee. The girl was rude and unprofessional. She then gave me a coffee that was not fresh at all and continued to be rude. Terrible customer service. Next time treat your customers the way you are trained to do, not making your own rules and behaviour. Hire better employees.

When you're not having the best day, watching the manager Falguni working like a well timed machine and still have time to greet you by name. Or Sahira with her genuine smile that will greet you also by name at the cash. Or Bonnie working tirelessly to make you your breakfast and give it to you with a smile! Went to grab some quick bites waited long even though the store was empty, ordered pritzels and potato veggies. While ordering the girl from the otherside shouted that don’t offer chipotle sauce After order employee informed that they don’t have veggies. I was ok and suddenly the same girl in her native language rudely mentioned to the guy that why did you give quantity of 6 instead of 5 pritzel, you are not bringing from your home. I was completely unaware guy responded since the veggies wasn’t available I have added one piece as complementary. I was watching the whole scene gently told girl if she want she can remove 1 piece from the order however she started excuses and was like no we are not making here. I walked away from my money and food both so SHE CAN ENJOY. IT ALL. Hope owner will take necessary actions.
