Last 5 years I worked from home and now almost for the last 6 months I started going to office around this area. I go to this Tim's location almost everyday for my beverages and have to say that staffs here are highly professional, very polite and welcoming, orders are delivered lightning fast and delivers elevated service to all guests. I would say this Tim Hortons is very well managed and location like this proves why Tim Hortons is one of the most valuable brands in Canada.

The staff at this location work at a snail's pace. I often stop in for a coffee on my way into work but half the time I regret it because it just annoys me so much. The employees regularly just stand there and chat. Today it took them 10 minutes to pour my coffee.

The timing here shows it opens at 0500 hours, however I arrived here at 0523 hours and staff mentioned that it opens at 0600 hours. Please change the hours or talk with your staff for proper timings

I had a frustrating experience with Minakshi, the manager at Tim. She was unresponsive and didn’t listen to my concerns, leaving me feeling undervalued.
Did a mobile order and when i arrived at the place, one female associate doing the cash,sandwich and coffee. The other male associate is on break @7:30am while the customer is lining up....

Slowly service! Even they have tons staff during day but it was super slowly. I don’t know the point if you wanted to pick up your order here. It’s even not faster than you just walking.

I am a fan of Tim Hortons coffee, i have recently been relocated to downtown. so far the only Tim Horton on way is the one at yonge/king and the coffee (dark roast DD) is always bitter its been more than a month i am getting coffee with the hope that one day they will make a better coffee, either the configuration of the coffee machine is wrong or they are brewing same coffee beans again and agin during rush hours. I really hope someone can look into it.

Came here yesterday around 6pm and had to wait 8 minutes for someone to take my order despite there being no line. Once I placed my order for 2 sandwiches they told me they only had enough bread for 1 sandwich. Requested a refund for a sandwich which took a while to get.
