No hair nets and no caps by any staff. One staff was changing garbage without gloves. I've never seen that in any tim hortons. It is really concerning.

order a pizza, 6 other people who order after me get their food first, sit there for 20 minutes, coffee cold now, have to remind them of my order even tho it was on the screen, now they start making it after my coffee is cold and serving others who were way behind me in line, immigration has made this chain horrible, never having tims again and this was the last straw boycotting that store for good.
I used to work at a tims, 1 of me would do what 50 of these guys do faster and better, it is sad what Canada has become.

After nearly 24 years today November 26 2025 at 2:00 pm I quitting Tim Horton at 726 Bloor st w one rude employe won’t give a coffee because I’m short on 5 cents and I have to go back to my car and gave her 20 dollar bill goodbye timmy

I saw offers in mobile, I got protein latte for 3 dollars. I activated and scanned but it took normal price. I asked him why is it so he said tax. How come it takes more than 2 dollars of tax for 3 dollars. He was like not tax, this time you got reward points maybe. Like what the hell
