I ordered a tea with milk and paid cash. The guy put the milk in the cup, then the hot water then put his fingers all over my tea bags after handling cash... so the hot water got cooled by the milk already right? Is he trying to make me sick by putting his filthy hands all over my tea bag? Not even in boiled water to maybe kill germs right? It's tea bag with clean hands in cup, then boiling water, then milk.
It is absolutely unacceptable, and I will never return to this location again. Train your employees on proper food handling and hygiene procedures!

It's incredible that you walk into a Tim's Hortons at 9:30 p.m. as a customer, only to be told you can't use the restroom because there are too many homeless people. I understand what the worker goes through daily, and it happened to me months ago when I couldn't get in because of the filth and the smell of the air. Today, however, it's a clean environment, but for men, it's easier to hide in a bush or behind something and not be seen. But for girls? I'm sure if I do anything on the street, the police will arrest me for disturbing public order. Thank you for your kindness.
