I have long time frequenting this location specifically due is on my way to work and the guys from the staff there are always pretty kind and even being on the line waiting they try to cover you even if they are full because they know you they know that you are a frecuent costumer and they received you super well, I have to say for personal experience Fatima and Steffy are part of the staff, they are the ones I'm most frequently served by at the place and I should say that is always good to see them and being attended for them, not excepting the other staff members are great guys.

Don't order bagels from this location. You will be disappointed, they never make them properly, go to the ossington location instead.

Dec 10 at 1.58 PM: the cashier indian guy was very rude. I was standing when there was no customer however after few minutes he took the customer who came after me. He told me the line starts otherside however no where in the store written about the line up sign. The indian guy was very rude he refuse to serve. Tea was pathetic. Definitely not going there again.

I’ve been here multiple times and each time I’ve seen ‘customers’ berating the staff. I’ve seen people kick over signs, racially abuse staff, kids insult people making them food etc… and EVERY TIME the staff have calmly dealt with the situation. I was here for an hour today and staff were yelled at by 2 different people. They deserve a lot more than minimum wage. It isn’t their fault that Tim Hortons understaffs locations and doesn’t provide proper security, they just get the brunt of that cost.
* I appreciate the message from Tim Hortons saying they’re committed to customer satisfaction. I would rather they acknowledge their employees are deserving of safety and respect. A copy/paste response on this subject does not say much for the company.
I can't tell if I’m in a Tim Hortons in India or Canada. The customer service from the Indian employees is horrible. If you are in a rush, this is not the place to go.
