I’ve been here multiple times and each time I’ve seen ‘customers’ berating the staff. I’ve seen people kick over signs, racially abuse staff, kids insult people making them food etc… and EVERY TIME the staff have calmly dealt with the situation. I was here for an hour today and staff were yelled at by 2 different people. They deserve a lot more than minimum wage. Today I bought a pizza with bacon. It cost $9.03 with tax. It was thin and had very few ingredients. There was no sausage or pepperoni. Only a few small strips of bacon. Compared to a really good slice, like The Boss at Carlo's Bakery, it cost about 30% more, had about 30% less weight and was not as good quality. I love pizza and wanted to try it. Tim Hortons is not competitive with the better pizzerias. Very disappointing. There is also not enough seating at this location.
