I went early in the morning for my coffee and thereās a guy who was so rude when I was taking my time to pay! This is so disappointing and annoying! At least have patience with your customers

I never write bad reviews because I believe that if something is not nice, donāt say it! However, the incident I witnessed this morning of Nov 3, at 6:05 am has left me quite shocked and disappointed in people Tim Hortons is hiring. The guy who was supposed to open the restaurant was late and the guest in front of me waiting outside knocked on the door. That was it for the guy inside to start a verbal confrontation with the most outrageous, derogatory terms towards the guest. This is not only unacceptable but horrible hospitality that Tim Hortons boast about . I felt unsafe at how this whole situation escalated with the workerās verbal abuse towards the guest. The worker was calling the guest all the names, referring to him as āā¦ā¦.. Greekā. I take pride in my roots of Greek origin and find it completely unjustifiable in Canada to hear this type of offensive comment. Not only was my safety at risk today, but my privacy was violated as the worker decided to take out his cellphone (during his working hours) to record guests without anyoneās consent. The verbal abuse assuming the guest was Greek (which happened to be a country the worker doesnāt like is appalling and it is affecting my health as I felt completely unsafe witnessing this episode. Really disappointed in this type of hospitality!!!! Try to stay away from this restaurant.

They are selling the ice capp and they donāt have proper straw for it. So little amount of whip cream they gave in pumpkin spice ice capp.
I ordered a drink with milk, I have been to this branch for two times, both times they have caused me very strong problems in my stomach the food is also rotten, the milks the creams they use are rotten and they are served to each customer who goes to the branch since my friend had the same stomach problems, do not give away your money and in this type of branches that put your health at risk and you will spend more going to a doctor to give you some medicine for eating these rotten things

Ordered chilie bowl today. I know it suppose to be thick. BUT instead I got a watery speghatti sauce look a like as a soup. REALY, if you don't have anymore chilie, just say you don't have no more, dont water it till your customer get angry
