I go into Tim's at Christie every morning for an iced latte. I've been to several others for the same drink. But when I go to the Ossington location they never whip my drink in the mixer. Even when I've asked them to do it for me, they never do It! At first I just took them but the last two times I've had them remake it. I don't like wasting the drink but I pay almost $5 for the drink, I've asked them prior to them making it to make sure to put whip it up in the mixer and they ignore my requests. First, why are the ignoring my requests like what I'm saying doesn't matter like I'm wasting their time and how come every other Tim's makes it this way except your store? Now I'm sitting across at McDonalds getting an Iced Coffee because I don't want to trouble them at Tim's to make the drink the way I think it's suppose to be made.

The Tim located at Ossington and Bloor intersections is typical as others in downtown. It is spacious and cleaner. Lots of indoor seating arrangements made it suitable to relax and enjoy your beverage. Although for that you may have to ignore sometimes unpleasant scenarios of homeless people smoking, sleeping around. Otherwise, staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Food quality is par expectation.

Honestly this is maybe the worst Tim hortons in Toronto. The food quality sucks, the staff is constantly rude, multiple times I’ll walk in the morning and the pastry counter won’t be ready. This is honestly an embarrassingly run store. The worst part is the owner clearly does not care , and it will never get better.

Stopped by to grab some donuts at 10pm (I understand not having much food an hour before close) but everything was cleared out of the displays and sitting on trays on the counter behind the glass displays. The remaining food was quickly brought to the back out of view by an employee once we stepped in the store. When I walked in the floors were freshly mopped with no wet floor sign, visible and audibly heard staff curse under their breath that we had walked in and stared at me until I asked of their iced capp machine was still on - I had assumed it was cleaned and turned off based on everything I experienced so far. Without confirming the size he walks off and makes a small iced capp and threw it on the counter without looking at me or saying anything. My partners black coffee was made with the same attitude. This was our first and last time here. 👎👎👎👎

Had an outstanding experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Devam Thakkar. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a professional attitude. He prepared my drinks exactly the way I like them perfectly balanced, fresh, and consistent. The food was hot, well-made, and served quickly despite the rush.
My experience at this Tim Hortons was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient, and my order was prepared perfectly. The location has a roomy layout with plenty of seating, making it a great place to enjoy a coffee or grab something quickly. The food and drinks were fresh and tasty, and the overall vibe was welcoming. Definitely one of the top Tim Hortons spots in the city.
