It’s an average downtown Tim Horton’s. There’s nothing really special about it. I ordered on the app ahead of time and had to wait about five minutes for the order to be ready when I got there. There’s no seating so it’s takeout only. It could be a little bit cleaner, it was pretty dingy and dimly lit.

Naturally busy given its location and the service is very slow. Don’t get me wrong they are very well staffed, it’s just the staff themselves are ridiculously slow. A lot of them seem to not understand how the kiosk works and will sit there for 3-5 minutes straight figuring it out before serving anyone. I’ve observed that a lot of the workers treat delivery drivers with blatant disrespect. Even though it’s a Tims you’ll still have to wait 10-20 minutes for your order. Chloe was rude and seemed lost. Only good thing about this place is Chris, great friendly guy who actually cares about what he’s doing. It just seems like they hire anyone here.

👎 Here the employees have blocked the washroom/Restroom and no senior is allowed to use the washroom there. This is the worst tim hortons and it should be banned.It is my whole life bad experience.

Baddest service I sow. I waited 15 minutes for my garlic and cheese puffs to be heated and they ended up still being cold.terrible service.you should consider changing your staff

The reason this Tim Hortons is awful is the *abundance* of flies I noticed while waiting for my order. This branch isn't clean. I tossed the food because I couldn't risk getting sick. I will never return to this location.
Other notes: This is a take-out only location, i.e., there are no tables or bathroom facilities. If you read older reviews, you'll understand why. Service was friendly and efficient. Not sure why so many reviewers are bothered by employees speaking in another language outside of the service interaction (how does that actually affect your life?)
