I recently visited this Tim Hortons restaurant and found the experience to be somewhat disappointing. The customer service fell below my expectations. The primary issue seemed to be related to a particularly loud, short Tibetan girl working there. Her rude demeanor and disregard for customer needs were unpleasant, significantly diminishing the overall dining experience.
As for the food, it was fairly average—nothing extraordinary, but it met the basic standards of what you would expect from a Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, the lacklustre service overshadowed the meal, leaving me with an overall sense of dissatisfaction.

Prabin smiled at me and said good morning, made me smile which is a very unexpected and delightful reaction to have at timmies in the morning. The girl who handed me my coffee said have a good day and smiled, never happened at Tim’s before. It’s little things but this has never happened before and it feels good. Raises all around!

In my opinion this is the best Tims west of Yonge. It feels like the people here care, they have fresh ingredients, and nothings off the menu.

I ordered classic breakfast sandwiches there then waiting asked why I'm waiting 10 minutes then was told now eggs. Other customers as well. So upset this happened to me three times. It is only 7:20 they have to tell the person to make eggs of they are starting to run out. Really bad service.
Always has my mobile order fastest than any other Time Hortons location. Ready in seconds

This is my home base Tim’s. It’s always busy, but the team here doesn’t lose its touch. They are always polite and with a smile on their faces. A real solid team :)

I want to take a moment to appreciate the incredible team at 745 College, led by outstanding Managers and Supervisors. Honey and his team have been servicing my staff and me at Forever Buds for the past four years. Sure, mistakes have been made and not every day was perfect, but that’s the nature of the fast-food industry. If there’s one organization that always gets a pass, it’s Tim Hortons. ?
Whenever there was an issue, it was promptly addressed and resolved. Thankfully, those instances were few and far between.
Overall, the team is amazing—friendly staff, always smiling, working well together, laughing, and greeting you by your first name while remembering your order. Thank you for your incredible service. Your industry is often unforgiving, but know that you are deeply appreciated by my team and me at Forever Buds! See you again this afternoon. Thanks, Vish.

They ruin every order and make it hard to get refunds. This is the worst tim Horton's location in Toronto. Not worth going. There are plenty close by that it's worth going to instead. Unless you want your food and drinks wrong or ruined avoid this location. The employees are rude, poorly trained and don't follow food safety protocols.
