I’m really disappointed with the service I received from the morning shift staff at this Tim Hortons. The team seriously needs retraining when it comes to basic courtesy and customer communication. The staff were rude, dismissive, and not at all helpful when I had a simple question. It’s unfortunate because I usually enjoy coming here, but this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the overall customer service, especially during the morning rush.

It’s very well known that Tim Horton’s locations have been the refuge of uncountable number of homeless people since long time ago where, after Covid, Uber drivers joined them doing the same. These location, in particular, has a super nice and hard workers staff that had known how to deal with that to help keep doing business. But, SURPRISE! Whoever is owning this location made a huge mistake when decided to re-open 24hrs… it’s become an obvious homeless shelter free of charge and amenities that, of course, customers are who pay for (bathroom, water, lighting, AC, heating, furniture, etc.) and impossible, for actual customers, to enjoy of that because these people have taken over. I have empathy for these people but it’s very important to draw limits when a situation starts to damage other purposes that stimulate to create more jobs, spaces to relax while drinking your coffee, safe and clean premises as a Tim Horton’s should look like when entering to buy their products.
Hopefully, this feedback will help make the best decision to avoid risking jobs and good business in its predictable future if no change is made soon to fix it.

This Tim Hortons is a warzone if you go during the lunch period of any of the 3-4 schools it has nearby, yet I always manage to get my food quickly and without a hassle. I have a lot of respect for the employees at this location - this cannot be an easy job.

Double check your order every time, the staff seem to be flustered and over worked but unfortunately I almost never get what I order. Worse since they went 24 hours <\3

Racist owner kicked me out and called the cops because I was playing my music 🎼🎶 on my laptop and talked to my Portuguese long time friend at 7 am ...that's not how you do business amigo...there are better ways to talk to your clients! Do I need to give you a course on running a coffee shop or what Sir??? Never will go back and you have lost my valuable business sir !!! Don't ever do it again because there are laws against this sir...I already check a lawyer on it !!!

Today is the Little Italy festival, and some customers are trying to use the washroom, claiming it's out of order. They seem to use this same excuse every year. I'm bringing this up because one of the girls, who is around ten years old, had her father ask the staff about it.
