The staff always greet you with a smile, and the efficiency with which they serve makes it a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying stop. Highly recommended!

I would give 0 star for their services, because they forget or get my orders wrong 70% of the time. It’s ridiculous, I have bought coffee every weekend, but I stopped going there, and I have gone to the Tim Hortons at Dufferin Mall instead. The Tim Hortons at Dufferin mall gets my orders right every time or almost every time, and they never forget, and they work faster, unlike this Tim Hortons. Never going to buy anything from them again. Unless it’s food, the food is pretty good here, that’s the only good thing. But it’s just so frustrating when they get my orders wrong, and forget my orders most of the time. The staff are very incompetent.

I’m the regular customer at this Tim Hortons’ location. My regular order for the drink always less ice and extra sugar. However some of employees they knew the order but still made wrong such as they make less ice but regular sugar or vice versa. But that’s OK for me because sometimes they can make some small mistakes. However there is one employee (old lady) she make me feel really disappointed. She sometimes do for my drink order but always do it it wrong.

There was one time I told to the cashier (a young girl), the old lady was standing next to us she didn’t let me finish my order and she did it by herself and I told her to make LESS ICE and extra sugar. But when I received the order, it wasn’t what I ask for. I told her to make a new one exactly what I ask for and she said “Oh really! I don’t hear that”.

What she meant by she didn’t hear that when first she didn’t listen whole my order and second she stood next to me and the cashier.

The second time is today. If the first time I can forgive it but the second I have to said I feel not only upset, disappointed but also confused. I got offer from Timmie’s app that 1 loaded wrapped with 1 donut for $9.05. I gave her $10.05 so she supposed to gimme back $1 back. But she doesnt give me the change back yet. However at that time I ask for an offer about the latte with $2.50 whether it’s still available or not but she said it wasn’t available. Then I realized that she hasn’t given the change yet and I ask her to give me back $1 and she made an argument that she gave me back already.

I can give you $1 for tips or even more than that but I don’t like you steal that $1 and said you give me the change back that’s a lie. Never mind but she gave me $1 back already. The most thing make me upset is her attitude. It was really bad. She even doesnt realize she does wrong and doesnt even said any apologize or feel reget what she did.
Then for the order I told her to make the ice latte with LESS ICE AND EXTRA SUGAR. Do you know how she take order. She just nods her head to show that she hear my order but not out it the system. So why does the store has the option ice level and sugar for customer on the system but she doesnt put it in the system. Oh I know because whether the cashier put the option in but the employees still make the order by their choice not customers who paid for their orders. Right? So why Tim Hortons has the by the computer or order for what when the employees doesnt use it.

I hope Tim Horton need to change the service it’s really bad now with some employees have those kind of attitude or behaviour. If it’s just only 1-2 times it’s fine for me. But if you let me have to give the feedback (especially less than 4 stars) that’s the worst one. I never g ever given any store less than 3 stars even how the food is not good or the service is not good. I’d rather not give feedback or give the higher feedback than bad feedback. That’s mean this situation happen many times

Bad Tim Hortons location. the food is always rushed, the bagels taste old and often they do not toast them properly. If you ask for cream cheese they will not spread it on fresh with a knife, instead they slap on a pre packaged disc.

Bhagwat does a great job every time I visit Tim Hortons. He’s friendly, professional, and always gets the order right. What really stands out is his welcoming attitude—it makes a big difference, especially in the morning rush. He treats every customer with respect and keeps things moving efficiently. It’s clear he cares about doing his best, and it shows. Great service!

Bhagwat is one of the most dependable and courteous team members I’ve encountered at Tim Hortons. He always greets customers warmly and ensures every order is prepared just right. Even during busy hours, he stays calm and focused, which helps everything run smoothly. His positive attitude and strong work ethic make him a real asset to the team. I always appreciate seeing him at the counter—he truly makes the experience better
