I really appreciate the great service provided by the tim hortons team in the morning. Even when it’s not too busy, they’re always attentive, friendly and quick to serve. It’s refreshing to start the day with such a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

Busy and therefore apparently unmanageable crowds. For a location near campus and a large intersection you’d think the staff could handle more than 3 customers. Always only one till open, food takes upwards of 10minutes (for smaller things such as bagels), the coffee is alright.

Just recently I went and ordered a coffee and a Strawberry Vanilla donut for their $1 promotion, I received my coffee and was handed a Nutella croissant, when I asked the man serving me he replied he had charged me for the croissant. I asked for my donut and was quite happy when he gave me a second to make up for the price difference! However when I got home to eat them, neither had any drop of the filling they are meant to have!!

I try to avoid this location when possible but it is one of the only on campus and in my area.

It was busy so I went to the self order station. After ordering I waited for like 15 min but I guess they forgot about my stuff, I told one of the people at the counter and she told me that half the stuff I ordered was unavailable at the moment. She gave me two things from my order that were available but when I told her that I already paid for the stuff they didn’t have and if I could get my money back or chose something else from the menu that was the same price as what I spent, she said there was nothing they could do. So about $10 down the drain🙄 I know it’s not a lot of money but it sucks that I just lost 10 bucks for no reason. Also there’s a lot of weird people right in front of the entrance and the tables were very dirty

Nice place to sit down with a couple friends and have some lunch or breakfast, they do need to clean more however.

Vegetarian options: Not many substitutes anymore

Wheelchair accessibility: An old lady on a scooter couldn't get in very well, not the most accessible entrances.

Unfortunately a lot of homeless folk at this location at all times, which also leads to it not being as clean as it should. Staff are great, it's on the owners to do something about this.

I go to this tim Hortons on my way to work and the amount of times they've gotten my orders wrong is ridiculous. Compared to other locations this one is a bit of a joke.

I visit Canada once a year and I was excited to visit a Tim Hortons again. The service here though is disappointing, they are short staffed for the amount of customers visiting daily, and the current staff don’t keep the priority sequence. Drinks from the self ordering machine were ignored, there was a pile of receipts at the counter, although the customers ordering directly to staff were served straight away.
