I ordered a bun to go with my small chicken soup - with garlic cheese spread and some veggies and crispy onion and it tasted good and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful and I had a nice place to sit that I felt comfortable in.

I can see the cn tower and have my coffee but can you please make sure the windows are clean so that i can see the outside view more clear. Also sometimes when i visit there is a weird smell. Overall, excellent outlet to relax and have your coffee

I ordered everything bagel toasted . But I didn’t get toasted I got burnt everything bagel . And it’s not even felt any thing like toasted. And here dark roast is worst out I have ever tasted in as compared to any other tim Hortons .

I’ve visited the Tim Hortons at 750 Dundas St multiple times over the past two months, and every single time, the washroom has been marked "Out of Service" with a sign on the door.
Sometimes when I asked, the staff would open it, but other times, they gave excuses like the button being broken or not working. This has been a consistent issue, and it makes me wonder if the staff just don’t want to clean the washroom.
I even shared this issue through the Tim's app, but nothing has changed. It’s frustrating and really affects the overall experience.
Not impressed with how this location handles basic customer service.

I ordered a coffee and watched the guy preparing my order. He dropped the lid on the floor, picked it up, and put it on the cup!! When I asked, "Did you just put that lid on the cup?" He said yes!! Do you want me to change it?!? Lack of hygiene and customer service in this place. My first and last buying anything ftom this place!!

Bunch of dummies that don’t know how to do there job properly I ordered a small strawberry frozen lemonade the lady goes and gives me a mango instead of returning my money I ordered 20 chocolate timbits gives me all birthday cake instead of the chocolate I asked for this is the last time I get anything from this place perfect area they are in
