Very busy, but extremely understaffed tims. I went here a few times and the most I've seen working here at any given time is 4. Today there was only 2! Food options is not standard to other tims. Only breakfast, baked goods, and drinks are available. No Lunch/Dinner options are available here, despite the place being open until 6-9pm depending on the day.

I visited the Tim Hortons at sick kids and had to wait in a very long line because only two employees were working. They were doing their best and worked very hard, but the wait was still quite long. The management should consider providing more staff to help them, especially during busy times. It would make the experience better for both customers and the employees.

Every time I go to Tim holtman which is almost like every couple of days I mean who doesn't but anywho my point is every time I go to any location they never have any like bug zappers or a net to block the food to prevent them from going in the food like every time I go to get like a muffin or a donut they always have flies in the food I don't understand why they just can't like figure something out to do that which is very simple for anyone to do

I had a truly wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! The service was quick, warm, and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming as always.

A special shout-out to Priya Bansal, who went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. Their friendly attitude, patience, and genuine care made my visit extra special. It’s rare to come across staff who put so much heart into their work, especially, Priya deserve recognition for making customers feel valued and respected.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced today. I waited 15 minutes just for a bagel. It seems they lost my order, as about 10 people who were behind me received theirs before I did. I asked three times, and only after I requested a refund did they finally make my bagel. By then, I had already finished my medium coffee and ended up eating the bagel by itself.
