I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and the experience was beyond disappointing. While waiting for my order, I witnessed the manager behaving extremely unprofessionally toward one of the staff members. The manager harshly threw an utensil into the washbasin beside the counter, clearly frustrated, and proceeded to berate the employee in full view of customers. It was both uncomfortable and unacceptable to witness such behavior in a professional environment.
What made it worse was the blatant partiality displayed among the staff. While certain employees seemed to be treated favorably, others were subjected to dismissive and rude behavior. This kind of toxic atmosphere not only affects the staff but also reflects poorly on the brand’s image.
Tim Hortons is known for its welcoming environment, but this location fails to uphold that standard. Seeing a manager treat their team this way is disheartening. I hope the company takes action to ensure a better and more respectful workplace.

I recently visited Tim's and it was truly a fantastic experience! The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and seem genuinely passionate about coffee, which really adds to the experience.
Now, the coffee—simply outstanding! I ordered a moca Iced cup, and it was crafted to perfection, with rich flavors and just the right balance. They clearly take pride in sourcing high-quality beans, and it shows in every sip. Plus, they offer a variety of unique options, including seasonal specials and expertly made pastries, which paired wonderfully with my drink.

The staff are very frugal about the spread (for which WE PAY) with bagels. Had to stand in the line to get a reply that ‘it’s a one charge spread’. Never in the last decade of being in Canada have I heard about ‘one charge spread’ - It was just a smear that was given!
Disrespectful staff need to be taught what customer service is & how it’s valued in Canada.

If I could rate a zero I absolutely would. I placed my order this morning and another gentleman grabbed my coffee thinking it was his. He then brought the coffee back a minute later because he took a sip and realized it was not his order. His mouth was on the cup! The employee then RINSED the cup in front of me and tried giving me the same cup. I asked for a new cup of coffee as I was repulsed by this situation especially because it is located in sick kids hospital!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Went to get a tea early morning and their was a cockroach hopping around in the pastry shelves. Showed it to the staff and he knocked it down and squished it with his shoe. Disgusting!!! No thanks, nothing for me.
I ordered steeped tea double double, at first they didn’t add any sugar or may be they didn’t stirred it well so I went again, I told them that there is no taste of sugar at all. I did told them that may be they sugar is not mixed yet but They added more to make it sugar syrup Guys please stir it properly before giving it to your customers, it hardly takes you few seconds for you. Now there is no going back, I can’t ask them to make my tea again. I have to throw my whole cup.

Very rude workers specifically cashier
Decided to get a coffee and to give Tim Hortons another chance to redeem themselves. I'm glad I'm at the hospital because the dark roast with 1 milk is gonna burn a hole in my stomach and the emergency ward is close by. I am stunned yet curious to know how this is considered coffee...Blah!
