I came to get a coffee and cappuccino, instead of cappu she gave me ice cap. when I came home only I new that, she was living in a lala land. Customer service is the most important thing, she is very short girl, I think they should get trained well.

Today around 11:15 AM, I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons with the staff member at the counter (her name might have been Sima).

I placed an order for a medium iced coffee, but then changed my mind and politely asked for a small instead, with less ice. Instead of listening to my request, she turned to the person making my drink and told them to put no ice. When I corrected her, she insisted in a very rude tone that it would be “no ice,” which completely spoiled my mood. It is not acceptable for a staff member to make choices for a customer’s order against their wishes.

I also ordered a plain croissant and specifically asked for it to be warmed up. She handed it to me cold, with a dismissive and unfriendly attitude. When I asked her again to warm it up, she seemed unwilling and uninterested.

When I requested to speak to a supervisor, she was reluctant to call one. When she finally did, she and the supervisor staff (sima initiated) began speaking to each other in another language instead of English. As this is an English speaking country, it felt unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable I could not understand what they were saying, and it seemed like they were discussing me rather than addressing the issue openly.

This experience was very upsetting. I ended up asking for a refund because I no longer wanted the food. Unfortunately, this has left me questioning if I should ever return to Tim Hortons. A loyal customer was lost today due to unprofessional and rude service.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be treated this way.

My decaf coffee (with 2 cream and 1 1/2 sugar was disgusting. It tasted strong and there was not enough sugar. I'll walk 15 minutes to another Tim Hortons

In St Michael's Hospital, waiting for my wife who is in surgery.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich and water and the cashier who I believe was the manager, rolled her eyes and said she had no idea when I asked her a question about nuts allergy.
If you can't deal with questions from customers, might want to change professions.
