I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of your coffee and the friendly service at your locations. However, my recent visit to the Bay & Bloor store on December 19th at 10:15 PM was very disappointing.
When I arrived, I ordered a dark roast coffee with two creams and no sugar. I was informed by the attendant that they were no longer brewing coffee as they were preparing to close, even though the store is advertised as open 24hour on Google yet the store is now open until 11 PM. After expressing my frustration, the staff reluctantly agreed to make the coffee, but the overall experience left me dissatisfied. Additionally, the donut I ordered was stale, which compounded my disappointment.
I understand that staffing and operational decisions may vary by location, but it felt like the focus was more on closing up the store than on serving customers. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Tim Hortons.
I hope that this feedback can help improve operations at this location, particularly around ensuring advertised hours are respected and that customers feel valued regardless of the time of their visit.

Why a restaurant keep the washroom “Out of service” in business hours? If you don’t service properly, close it!!! Service is not just selling something!
