I look forward to coming here almost every morning. I usually order on mobile, but waiting in line for my coffee and meal I’m always pleased with the speed of service and cleanliness of the location despite the vast number of people who come in.
Staff are friendly and welcoming - some of them already know me by name, which makes a huge difference.

I’ve put in over a hundred orders over the past few years at this Tims, mostly without hiccups. But for my last 5 or so visits these past months, there seems to be a HUGE problem with the people working their lunch rush.

Today, I waited 20 minutes for a Turkey Bacon Club and potato wedges. Only to receive burnt bacon in the sandwich that was rock hard and they obviously paid no attention to modifications as I paid for extra sauce and received none instead!

Additionally, I ordered a Vanilla Cold Brew and had to wait an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes AFTER receiving my food and being told twice that, “It’s coming.” Meanwhile, I can see my cup just sitting on a counter while they serve people that came AFTER me.

All of this amongst a dirty workplace with receipts and dirty napkins everywhere. No one washing their hands after picking stuff off the ground because they keep stepping on it instead of sweeping it up and dealing with it in the first place.

What happened to this place? Where is the management, leadership and training? Will no longer be coming here after these past few experiences.

I regularly visit this store for a steeped tea with steamed milk, and I have always been provided this without any issue. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered very unprofessional behaviour from the manager on duty. She introduced herself as Sajida (from Bangladesh).

When I requested steamed milk as usual, she said, “We can’t give you steamed milk. Who gave it to you before?” Her tone was rude and disrespectful. I told her that I always receive steamed milk here. Instead of helping, she ignored my request.

When I moved to the next counter, I observed that she was telling the other employees repeatedly, “Don’t give it, don’t give it, ignore it.” This behaviour was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. A manager should know how to manage a business and treat customers with respect, but this was not the case.

I am very unhappy with the way I was treated. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better customer service in the future.

I don't go to Tim Horton's often, but I've had two absolutely horrible experiences.

First time was a few weeks ago where I purchased a box of 50 Timbits. I was standing at the cash register waiting for someone to help me. One lady acknowledged me and said they would help me in a second, but she was still doing other things for another few minutes. I finally ordered but I kept having to repeat myself what Timbits I wanted. I was even saying each flavour one at a time so she didn't get confused. I got home and counted the Timbits, I was only given 46. I could have gone back to see if they would give me my missing order, but who knows if they would actually believe me that they made a mistake.

I went back with my mom to give the location another chance today. I waited at least 25 minutes to order. The lady taking care of the order ended up messing up the coffee as my mom wanted a black coffee with milk on the side. On our way home, my mom drank the coffee and found it tasted funny. After opening the lid, she saw they put cream and sugar in it. She went back to the same lady and she asked for another black coffee. She left again, but found out the lady put even more cream in the coffee to the point that it only tasted like cream.

Instead of having having to deal with the same incompetent employee again, my mom went to the Second Cup up the street where she got what she wanted from a business that actually cares about their customers.

I'm never going back to this location ever again, and I've already told my brother to not visit the store too. They messed up two different times and twice in one day. While I understand it was busy with only a few workers, if you can't multitask and provide the service the customers expect, this manager should hire people who are more capable of the mentioned skills.

I had a great experience at Tim’s! The service was very good, and the employees are sooo nice, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It made my visit really enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back! My favourite employee is Mukta. 💕
