I walked past this store with my family in the afternoon. It was very convenient for us to order and pay by ourselves. The staff at the counter were very professional. We waited for about 5 minutes to get coffee and desserts. There are many seats on site and you can sit down immediately without waiting. This is a very spacious restaurant. The restaurant is also a good place for friends and family to gather and chat and spend time. The only suggestion is that the trash cans are...

I am here frequently as I work nearby. The current morning staff serving the mobile counter are great, however, the staff in afternoons are much less great, and the staff making food are consistently not great. Wait times are too high for food (even with nobody in line), and the quality is poor. This bagel is one example. The bacon is unappealing at best (for $1.30, I will never consider again), but that aside, paying for cream cheese to get what looks like 1/3 of a teaspoon is...
