I’ve noticed many times that there’s an older Filipino lady at this Tim Hortons who is always yelling at the younger staff and even customers. It’s rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff are polite and hardworking, but her behaviour really brings down the experience. Management really needs to address this.

I went there yesterday evening, firstly they have many new options for Donuts and Coffee, like matcha. Secondly, all team members are very kind and helpful and also they maintain a Cleanliness. I would Preferred that location.

I just purchased a bagel from this shop and they charged me 3 times. When I confronted the manager and showed her my bank acct with the 3 purchases, she only reimbursed me once. Horrible place and staff that is not trained properly. Waited and argued with manager on duty for half hour. Absolutely disgraceful!

The place is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere to sit and relax for a few minutes before heading to work. What I appreciate most is the consistency — whether it’s coffee, donuts, or breakfast sandwiches, everything tastes just right. It’s great to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons for quality, service, and positive vibes!
