Bacon Farmer Wrap is: bacon, hash brown, cheese, egg and chipotle sauce inside a wrap. It’s 5.59$. If you ask for the egg to be removed, it’s 4.49$. They then recharge you for the cheese 0.80$. You never asked for the cheese to be removed. You never asked for extra cheese.
“They” say “the system” classifies this request as “no dairy” and removes both the egg and the cheese automatically and then they re-charge you for cheese as if you’re adding on extra. Egg is not a dairy product, it’s a poultry product.
They said if you want to put an a la carte egg, that is 2.00$/egg.
So basically the above wrap, no egg is 5.29$. Just structure it like so vs. Removing multiple items together and recharging customers for items they would have normally received.
This is terrible service. Terrible math. Yes in favour of the house. Leaves customers with the experience of being scammed by dishonest staff who relies on customers to mot do the math.
Gives off financial discrimination for those who do not eat certain items for health, religious and/or culture reasons. This is not a “build-your-own” activity.
@Headoffice, this one location manager explicitly stated she does not convey any customer feedback about this location to head office. Says she has nothing to do with what head office does, dismisses customers questions, and makes them distrust other staff - that they are tampering with food when you ask the above questions.

I asked for an Oreo dream cookie and 3 birthday cake timbits, and the lady gave me a normal cookie and 3 chocolate glazed timbits. Of all the times Ive been here this is the worst I've seen

Good black coffee at a good price. What stands out about this location is how great the staff was though. I tried the donuts but they were pretty average so I would pass on them. Great for a quick black coffee on the go and they have it in decaf.
So long waiting time. They have 3 people in the front and no one taking order. I waited 7 for the guy in front of me and 7 until I got to place my order. Almost 15mins to get a donut behind the glass. I don't know what you sacrifice your cuatomer service for but it's not quality

My experience their was very interesting. Had nothing to do with the employees. Rather an irate individual that decided to follow a friend and my myself included. Was threatening to hurt, fight even kill us. Of course neither myself OR my friend were concerned as we're both VERY capable of handling ourselves. My friend and I decided that if and ONLY if he lays hands on and ither of us in any way shap or form. Then and only would that individual have no choice but to lay'em out. We DO NOT BELIEVE in JUMPING people or any of that 2, 3 or more . Strictly 1 on 1. And yes we did call the police in advance just to be told basically that until something happens theirs nothing they can do. So we clarified everything and went out about our night. So we had to deal with this weirdo for another 10-15mins till our ride showed up. All I can say was thank God. Cause I almost allowed myself to go there. End of story 😉
