Get tims a lot in the morning before work and I always have a good experience. The employees are always smiling, very polite, super nice. This location is super fast, I barely have to wait. Would recommend for a fast take out, but would not stay inside and eat. Not in the best neighborhood/street of Toronto.

They refused to serve decaf latte. A worker told me “i give you latte or decaf coffee”. Another worker was trying to step in and told her to press the decaf espresso button instead. But she still refused to do it because “the manager told her not to do it”. I have acid reflux and decaf is pretty much the only option for me.
Its always a hassle to get decaf latte at Tim Horton’s. They refuse or dont understand how to do it. Im not asking them to use almond milk with extra syrup and shot, all i wanted was for them to press the decaf button.
