There is a white older man (approx 60, chubby) that comes to this tims and sits upstairs all the time and had a problem with everyone in the free world (anyone of color, different race) and is constantly complaining to the workers and now the management. He is complaining about about people... complaining while they're having conversations. He is conplaining about people watch things on their phone or if people walk in with their children. I'm wondering at what point does the management from tims starts treating people with respect instead of just doing things out of fear of one person. Why are you not addressing this individuals behaviour but instead asking people to be quiet... or asking people to leave your store? Is his business more important then all other customers ? I'm curious as to why is YOUR MANAGEMENT OR HEADOFFICE is okay with this behavior.
