Oder taking is important. Ordered hashbrown and breakfast sandwich and a medium coffee with 2 milks one sugar. No hashbrown but was charged for it and coffee received with no sugar so essentially a wasted order. Attention to detail. That seems to be lacking in Tim Hortons training as this is not the first time and it is not limited to this location only.

Ordered a mocha and it tasted too watery compared to other locations. Very unsatisfied. Also the guy helping me out forgot to add a cookie to my order and refused to help me out. He only offered to print out my receipt. Weird and unpleasant experience :(
