I always ask for large French vanilla half ddAnd one of them keep forgetting to let the water drain before the French vanilla machine starts dispensing properly….. I’m stuck with drinking, cigarette tasting drink

The only downside is the storefront is small and can be congested at time, especially during busy hours. But mainly customers are mindfull and respect the narrow space.Other than that, visited this location quite often since it's close to my mom's place. Staffs are always great and friendly. Never had any issues what-so-ever during all my visits. Best of all, the location is close to its main, busy street on Queen West.

I’ve been working in the neighbourhood for the last 10 years. Over the years I’ve got multiple wrong orders and just left it but today I had enough with this place the guy working the cash at 9:30 this morning was so rude. I told him how I want my coffee it obviously wasn’t how it was and he says this is how we always make it and I said no because I’ve got the same coffee for years. He then gets rude and aggressive with me angrily pulls the drink away and tosses the juice because I obviously didn’t want this coffee anymore. I will never be back! Starbucks it is. I would rather spend more money and get treated nicely. That guy should not be working in customer service. I even apologized for someone being rude this morning and there was no need to take it out on me. Get better staff please.

We ordered typical Timmie product - Iced Coffee and caramel toffee which was delivered with poor taste. The guy who took order, and prepared it for us has no idea what he is making. In result, I got severe stomach upset. Didn’t expect this!I would not suggest any cold beverages here.

Small by other TH standards. Standard drinks available but the place lacks hygiene and upkeep. The baristas handle boxes and door handles and continue with making coffee and handling food without sanitizing.No place to dine-in only takeaways.

As far as TH goes, this is a convenient, surprisingly clean, takeaway place. The staff seem to be really friendly and offer a short but compellingly warmexperience not usually expected at a TH. I think maybe it has to do with not having dine-in or WiFi?Anyway, same average coffee; superior staff, and a convenient location.
