My experience was so bad over here, the lady who takes order should have to learn about customer service. She was not even paying attention to the order. Worst experience.

I’m disappointed with the service I received during the night shift. The staff member working was not respectful—no greeting, and when I politely asked how her night was going, I received a rude response. She also informed me that certain items were unavailable, even though this is a 24-hour location and those items should have been accessible.(They were from the app)
After speaking with a friend, I learned that they’ve had similar negative experiences with this team. As working individuals coming from or heading to long shifts, we deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll wait to visit the one near my home after my 17-hour shifts, where I know I’ll be treated properly.
