I went to this location Tim Hortons to get a coffee and politely asked this lady with respect if she could take my order. She ignored me and gave me attitude. I asked again by saying “excuse me,” and she responded rudely with, “WHAT Don’t you see I’m busy?” I was very disappointed with her behavior as it came across as extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at a Tim Hortons location around 3:10 AM. There were only two employees working, and they seemed more focused on their own tasks than attending to customers. We waited for about *18 minutes*, which was way too long considering the minimal number of customers at that hour.
What made it worse was that because of this long wait, I ended up missing my bus. To top it all off, when we finally got our food, there was a *fly on the food*. And to make matters worse, there was *food debris inside the donuts*. I felt like the employees were being really rude by ignoring customers like that and serving food that wasn't properly checked for cleanliness and quality.

Good evening, My crew and I come to your place every evening, regularly spending between €70/80 We have never complained before, as we understand everyone can have a bad day now and then. However, the behavior of the woman behind the counter has become unbearable. Her attitude is often rude, annoyed, and impolite, which ruins the overall atmosphere and experience of the place.
