Ordered Bacon šŸ„“ breakfast 🄪 sandwich and Vanilla Dip Donut šŸ© via Mobile app from this Tim location. Very fast service and clean ambiance. Less crowded when I went there, good for me.

Had breakfast at Tim Hortons in the Toronto Eaton Centre (eatery floor) and really enjoyed it. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff was welcoming. The location is super convenient, right by Dundas station, so it’s easy to stop by before shopping or work. Coffee was fresh, and the breakfast options were tasty. A great spot for a quick, satisfying meal in the heart of downtown Toronto!

My experience at this Tim Hortons was very disappointing. The staff member, i think his name is Arshad who got glasses on his face was not only rude but also provided very poor service. I felt disrespected during the interaction and sensed a clear bias in how I was treated, which made me very uncomfortable. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background. I hope the store’s management looks into this seriously and takes appropriate action.

I recently visited this location and ordered the Oreo Mocha Iced Cappuccino. While the drink was good, I've noticed that on three separate occasions, the amount of Oreo crumbs sprinkled on top was noticeably less than what I've experienced at other locations. It's a bit disappointing because the Oreo topping is a key part of what makes the drink so enjoyable. I hope they can be more consistent with the topping in the future. Because without Oreo crumbs, there’s no Oreo mocha iced cap.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize and appreciate your employee, Nebiyat, at the Atrium location. I regularly get my coffee and breakfast there, and she consistently stands out for her courteous attitude, warm smile, and positive interactions—not just with customers, but also with her fellow team members.

Nebiyat is a true ambassador for Tim Hortons. She doesn’t just serve coffee—she helps set a positive tone for the day with her friendly and welcoming demeanor. It's the kind of service that keeps people coming back.

Thank you for having such a wonderful team member on staff!

I usually don't review tim Hortons but this one frustrated me. This review is for the Tim Hortons in the shops at atrium, near Dundas station. I got a breakfast sandwich, sausage on homestyle biscuit and an iced coffee. I get to work and find out there is no sausage in my breakfast sandwich. I try the iced coffee and it tasted like iced tea with cream. I went back to the location and told them, the guy added a sausage to the same sandwich and remade my iced coffee. The iced coffee still tasted the same, like iced tea with cream. Ridiculous.

The manager Jevon and a few other notable staff that know me by name are exceptional. However, my overall experience at this location has been terrible. The other staff there are not friendly, they rush your order, make it wrong, don't listen to instructions and I think i beyond had it with them. I'm not supporting them anymore. Today I asked for a sesame bagel toasted with HG cream cheese. When I got back to work I noticed the bread was stale with white fungus on it, and it was hard and burned. It was hard to chew. I went back again after having to leave work a second time to get them to fix it, and the girl took no accountability and trying to give me attitude like it's not her fault. She didn't care at all. I didn't put you to work there so don't take out your attitude with me. I'm a paying customer like everyone else and this is a simple order that they couldn't take 2 seconds to ensure was made proper for the customer. They simply just don't care. If it wasn't for the manager , that place would be a train wreck. I'm sick of it and annoyed.

A lovely building and a shopping plaza that take you ā€œback in timeā€ -classic. A few things open on Saturday. Coffee, flowers, market some fast food and other services. Has CIBC. The washrooms are nice and clean - in the corner of the food court. There are many seating spots. Security on duty. LCBO, Tim Hortons, etc
