I think this is my last straw with Tim's. I use to go here all the time and it was fine. I get my ice coffee which I specify no cream. I see there are remnants of cream as if someone put cream then dumped it out and used the same cup. What if I was someone with a bad dairy allergy. Absolutely disgusting that this multi million dollar company treats it's paying customers like this. Don't even get me started on the washrooms at pretty much all tim Hortons locations in the city. Can I rate any lower!? Where do I begin? Despite waiting almost 15 minutes for my order they were still able to get it wrong! Plus they gave part of my order to another customer. When I complained, an older lady who was making my sandwich stated that I should chase down the person who received my original order. Customer service is lacking. Management is terrible and unapologetic. Wait times are atrocious. This isn't my first experience with this location but certainly the worst by far.
