Poor customer service and management. Extra longer waiting compared to other Tim Hortons locations. It took 15 minutes for them to realize they ran out of hash brown. No mamager/supervisor was present.

Never had an issue with the staff, but the service is unnecessarily slow, I come in often to grab a coffee on my way to work and it is one person dealing with customers and then the orders.

This place has the worst washroom. It’s either dirty, the flush doesn’t work, or the sink faucet is broken. I order coffee and muffins here regularly, but in the past month, every time I’ve used the washroom, either something’s broken or it’s not clean. Doesn’t the manager know how to fix a flush to solve this issue?
Terrible location, always under staffed, rarely do you see more than 3 workers but oftentimes only a single worker tries to cover the register and serve people their food.
