I went here on Christmas and saw that the bins were full of garbage and the place looked nasty. But then I realized that there was only one staff member working. She was taking orders, making them and was supposed to clean the place all by herself. The restaurant was so occupied but they couldn’t even assign enough people. The girl looked so tired and I felt so bad for her. They should think while scheduling.

Food is regular tim Hortons. Had no issue with selection or food being unavailable.
The staff are clearly overworked. They're constantly running from the front to the back, looking panicked (but still polite to customers. Right now, one of the staff is in regular clothes ready to leave for end of shift, but it's so busy that he's still taking orders and cooking.
The biggest sign of the overworking is how filthy the place is. The staff appear to literally have no time to clean the crumb-covered and sticky tables or floors, or the river of urine and browned toilet paper on the bathroom floor.
